Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Providing and fixing in position of colour coated Aluminum framed partition as per specification as detailed below including cost for chipping the existing floor, finishing it after fixing the partition in position, cost of all materials with rubber beeding, Aluminum beeding, cleat angle etc., labour charges, leads, lifts, T&P’s etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge at site. i) Vertical Post - Anodized Aluminum section 63x38mm of thickness 2.45mm, country wood filled at maximum spacing of 900mm c/c. ii) Horizontals - Anodized Aluminum section 63x38mm of thickness 2.45mm with country wood filled at 0.00m, 1.00 and 2.40 level from floor. iii) From ground level 1000mm with 12mm thick Exterior grade both side pre laminated board. v) From 1000mm to 2400mm with 4mm thick frosted glass. v) Aluminum cleat angle of weight not less than 0.12Kg/m on both sides of shutter.

Providing and fixing colour coated Aluminum glazed door single leaf swing type with 5mm clear plate glass on top and 12mm thick MDF board of exterior grade, pre laminated on both sides for bottom with standard accessories such as but not limited to handles, locking service, suitable rubber beeding cleat etc., complete all as per specification as detailed below. Chipping the existing floor, finishing and graving the top panel glass inculding cost of all materials, T&P’s labour charges, leads, lifts etc., complete. i) Door Outer frame – Anodized Aluminum section 63x38mm of thickness 2.45mm, country wood filled. ii) Shutter vertical frame – Anodized Aluminum section 47.5x44.5mm of thickness 2.45mm. iii) Shutter horizontal frame – Anodized Aluminum section 100x45mm thickness 2.45mm.
