Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood including carriage of material all complete

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). Second kail wood 35mm including carriage of material all complete

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work
