Repair and servicing of the 20-25 HP centrifugal pump by disconnecing the electric supply, opening the pump motor set, checking all moving parts, and reassembling the same and reconnection to the electric & water supply line, testing after repairing /overhauling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Spares shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items in this Schedule. (b) Transportation cost to and from workshop is deemed inclusive of quoted rate. S & F in Branch pipe gun metal 63mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle short complete all as specified and as directed taking down old unserviceable one.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as directed.

M & L cleaning fire fighting UG/Semi UG/FRP Sump/tank of Cap. upto 80,000 ltrs by dewatering of old water and cleaning with wire brushes, cloths and apply bleaching powder at whole internal area and cleaning surfaces and writing the date of cleaning, capacity etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor needs to arrange dewatering pump and amount deeemed inclusive of quoted rate.

M&L for Preparation of internal and external surfaces of UG/Semi UG fire fighting sump of capacity upto 80000 ltrs by applying two coates of anti corrosive bituminous lead free paint over a coat of bituminous primer for storage of water including painting of wire mess and all other metalic parts of the sump by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L forEarthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms burried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cms thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and protected by medium grade 50 mm dia 5 mtr long and connected to main control panel and GI pipe 20 mm medium grade as watering pipe including funnel, wire mesh, PCC Pit made up of PCC 1:2:4 type C2 and RCC cover 40 mm thick with 8 mm bar 15 c/c including excavation and earth work all as specified in SSR Part 1, 2009.
