Operation of Centrifugal & Submersible pump set, recording the pump operation register, monitoring BWSSB water supply to main underground tank, pumping of BWSSB and bore well water to main over head tank, operation of valves provided for BWSSB water and bore well water, monitoring of water distribution to various qtr block, water leakage complaint registering to civil etc as required (Note: (The timings/shift as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge for operation of pumpset)

Attending of electrical faults including checking of tube lights, plug points, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, DB's, Geysers, call bell, fan regulators, compound lights of MSA building, F,E,D and C types qtr, guest house, community hall, staircase lighting of all types of qtr block, Monitoring of street lights, Assisting the authorised persons of BESCOM for monthly recording of meter readings, collecting the BESCOM bills of common services of pump house, street light, MS bldg lift & submersible pump. HT and LT fault restoration liasioning with BESCOM, registering of water leakage complaints to civil. The persons on duty shall be equipped with required tools, uniform to keep all the services operational etc as required. (NOTE:- Total 132 numbers residential quarters of different types, Guest house and Community hall )

Supplying & fixing of piano type switches, sockets, call bell switch, Angle/Batten holders, electronic fan regulators etc. as required. (Anchor or any Similar Superior Make) a) 6A 1 way Piano type switch

b) 6A 2 way Piano type switch

c) 6A bell push switch

d) call bell

e) 6A 3Pin socket ISI marked

f) 20A 1 way switch

g) 16A 3 pin socket

h) Angle holder

i) Batten holder

l) 15W LED bulb

Repair tube light fittings by replacing the following faulty spares etc as reqd. (a) 36Watt fluorescent tube. (Crompton/Philips or SS make)

b) 36W Electronic chokes. (Crompton/Philips or SS make)

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor with similar gauge enameled copper wire & providing 2.5mfd capacitor i/c checking the faulty ceiling fan, dismantling, taking to workshop for repairs & reinstallation after rewinding etc as reqd.

Repair of ceiling fan motor by replacing the 2no's bearings i/c checking the faulty ceiling fan, dismantling, taking to workshop for repairs & reinstallation after rewinding etc as reqd.

Repair & servicing of MU-G30 Model L&T make 3phase star delta starter by replacing following faulty spares etc complete as reqd. (a) 3Pole ML2W model contactor coil

b) 3Pole ML2W model contactor

c) 3Pole MN5 overload 20-33Amps relay

d) Wiring harness for MU-G30 starter (Flexible type)

e)100Amps 3 way terminal block suitable for MU-G30 starter
