STEEL WORK

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, incl cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

ROOFING

Supply & fixing of colour coated roofing profile sheet of nominal 1015 mm effective cover width and nominal 28 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the 5 pans at nominal 203 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material shall be of 0.5mm Total Coated Thickness/ 0.53mm Total Painted Thickness Colorbond XRW steel-High tensile with min 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot-dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si ) as per AS1397/ IS15961. Zincalume AZ150 (min. 150 g/m2 total on both sides), roll formed from Bradbury/ Hayes make roll forming machine with Super Durable Polyester Colorbond steel XRW quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4/ IS15965 class 3 (Tata BlueScope Steel or approved equivalent make). The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester Colorbond XRW quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The paint system would have Thermatech Solar Reflectance technology along with stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and is lead free for water harvesting.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 550 mpa steel grade, metallic hot dipped coated etc using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete job for ridges, valleys etc.

Providing and fixing of 300 × 40 mm thick deodar wood eaves boarding to sides of M.S Truss with decorative profile as per approved design with necessary fixing arrangement all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 20mm thick deodar wood planks (toungued & Grooved) to the soffits of MS Truss with necessary framework of budloo wood 2" × 11/2" section with spacing of 450 mm × 450mm framework with necessary fittings/arrangements all complete job as per th directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Note:- All BOQ items are inclusive of cost & carriage of all material complete.
