REPLACEMENT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT IN SIMULATOR BUILDING AT AF STATION GORAKHPUR

Dismanting and removing existing unserviceable central air conditioning AC plant having 3 X 30 TR capacity units with compressor, compressor motor, condenser, condenser water pump chiller with motor and all connection water pipe lines, cooling tower, AHU and ducting electrical control panel etc and depositing in MES store yard and making good disturbed surfaces of floor, roof etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Cooled Brine Scroll chiller unit total 03 ( 2 working + 1 standby) including PCC foundation, each having minimum capacity 30 TR with scroll compressor energy efficient and eco friendly R-410a / R-407 refrigerant and Chiller must be capable with MODBUS or BACNET Protocol (A) Mode : (i) Auto/Manual (ii) Single phasing protection (iii) Compressor restart protection (iv) 10- sec time delay between system (v) Short circuit protection 5 degree C - Anti feeze protection (vi) Display on micro control indicating (vii) Display on micro control indicating compressor on/off (B) Refrigerant : (i) R-410a or any other non CFC/ non HCFC gas. (ii) Actual capacity as per ambient condition (C) Chiller : (i) Chilled water inlet temp. 05 degree C (ii) Chilled water outlet temperature 0 degree C

(D) Condensor :- (i) Condensor water inlet temp 32 degree C (ii) Condensor water outlet temp. 36 degree C Note:- (a) Plant offered by the tenderer must confirm to meet the desired condition as per the User requirement is Temp 15 to 22 Degree and RH 50 % (+- 5%). (b) The water flow rate in GIN are appropriate & minor variation as per OEM design of the chiller is acceptable while meeting other criterias. (c) Inlet and outlet temp. conditions for the condenser water are appropriate and minor variation as per the design of equipment by OEM is allowed. (d) The system integratio shall be done and achieve the design condition as per given data sheet. (e) Making of all necessary civil foundation for equipments as pumps, panel, chiller, HWG, CT, AHU etc. Making opening and repairing of the same as per OEM recommendation is included in unit rate quoted under this item.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 37 TR Cooling tower (03 Nos) induced draft top discharge counterflow type butonlang Tower of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, (Rectangular/Round bottle shape), heat rejection capacity with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer with FRP body and base, water spray headers, cooling tower fills, fan with motor, supporting base frames, inlet valve with float assembly, overflow with drain connection with valve and complete fan motor energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, IE3 TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 65 protection for enclosure, conforming to IS 12615 2018, ASHRAE standard 90.1-2014 & NFPA 214, FRP induced draft type CT of water from 97.5°F to 90° F at the design ambient wet bulb temperature of 83° F and the cooling tower shall be complete with casing hot water distribution system, fill, intake louver/drift eliminator(as applicable), fan assembly with fan & motor, FRP cold water water basin, Gi ladder, guard rail, direct drive, safety guard, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes with necessary fittings viz necessary make up, quick fill, drain, over flow etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(a). The cooling tower shall be assembled and fitted in presence of company representative and shall be tested as per company specifications. (b) Any spares required for assembling the cooling tower like nuts, bolts, rivets, gaskets etc shall be provided by the contractor and rates of the same are included in n quoted rate. (c) Rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of foundation as per OEM recommendation

Water circulation Pumps : Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of vertical split casing end suction close coupled type water pump sets with factory mounted on a common base frame with electric motor for recirculation of chilled/ hot/ condenser water for the air-conditioning system. All pumps shall be aligned.The pump motor shall be IE-3 & suitable for 415_+10% V, 50cycles, 3 phase power supply.The qouted rates shall be inclusive of its insulation and cladding. Pump performance characteristics shall be as follows as per drawings and specifications. as mentioned below:-

Chiller water Primary Pumps (Qty 3 Nos):- Supply & fixing of chilled water mono block pump of capacity 5 HP ( 2 W, 1S), head 24 to 30 m having C.I. body, SS shaft & bronze impeller, Water flow Rate : 60US GPM complete all as specified and as directed.

Chilled water secondary Pumps with control panel & VFDs (Qty 3 Nos):- Supply & fixing of chilled water mono block pump of capacity 5 HP ( 2 W, 1S), head 24 to 30 m having C.I. body, SS shaft & bronze impeller, Water flow Rate : 60US GPM complete all as specified and as directed.

Condensor water pump (Qty 3 Nos):- Supply & fixing of condensor water mono block pump of capacity 5 HP (2W, 1S), head 14 to 24 m having C.I. body, SS shaft & bronze impeller, Water flow Rate : 105 US GPM complete all as specified and as directed.

Hot water pump (Qty 3 Nos):-Supply & fixing of condensor water mono block pump of capacity 5 HP (2W, 1S), head 14 to 24 m having C.I. body, SS shaft & bronze impeller, Water flow Rate : 30 US GPM complete all as specified and as directed.

HOT WATER GENERATOR:- Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of new Hot water Generator set of capacity 36 kW Vertical indoor type, working pressure 100, seamless copper tube, electric immersion (water resistance) type heater, test pressure 250, auto step controller, high/low level cut-off, water flow rate-103.2LPM, water holding cap-40ltr, 50mm resin bonded fiber glass wool insulation, 0.6mm aluminium sheet clading with all connected accessories, control panel accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed

AIR HANDLUNG UNIT: Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of double skin Floor Mounted Air Handling Unit of nominal capacity-22500 CFM with insulated panel- 25mm thick, CFC free PUF injected of 40kg/Cum denisity 0.6mm pre coated Gl outer skin & 0.6 mm Plan Gl inner skin with 25mm thick hollow extruded Al profile with smart AHU Controllers) ( IP-55 and class F Insulation VFD compatible) along with all fixing accessories, angle iron work for base frame and necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and comprising of following:(a) EC fan section shall be equipped with a Single Inlet Centrifugal Impeller with High Efficiency Backward curved blades and external rotor EC (Electronically Commutated) motor, energy optimized for operation without spiral housing for high efficiency and favorable acoustic behavior. The high efficiency backward curved impeller made of welded aluminium sheet/ high performance composite material, with external rotor motor balanced together statically and dynamically according to DIN ISO 1940. The EC fan should be capable of being fitted in horizontal or vertical position in the AHU, depending on the application including with internal wiring. (b) 50mm thick Pre filter (EU-4) in supply air stream with efficiency 90% down to 10 micron & Media of filter-synthetic(non woven type)

(c) AHU with 6 row deep Chilled water cooling coil & 2 row deep Heating coil(AHRI certified as per test standard ARI-410 & UL Certified for safety)with plain aluminium fins of 0.15mm thickness (11/12 Nos of Fins per inch for CHW coil & 8/10 Nos of fins per inch for HW coil) unless specified otherwise Tube material shall be copper with dia of tube 12.7mm & thickness of tubes-0.41mm Coil casing/blank offs will be provides of Gl material. 20 Gauge SS304 tray duly insulated with 13 mm closed cell nitride insulation. Header material will be MS and unit base will be G.S.S. base channel. Drain pipe dia shall be 50mm with U-trap of same size. (d)The minimum efficiency class of the motor shall be equivalent to IE3. The motor shall be Permanent magnet external rotor motor with integrated electronics and suitable for continuous operation. The speed of the motor shall be varied with an external 0-10V/PWM control signal. The fan in totality shall be of most efficient type so that the power Consumption and noise level is minimal. The motor shall be minimum IP55 protection class. (e) Controller module with RS 485 port compatible with BMS, on board protocol following (i). EC fan operation status (ii) Chilled water valve operation status (iii). AHU Airflow (CFM) (iv) AHU power consumption (v). Controller shall also have fire trip alarm to shut AHU in case of signal from fire panel

(f) suitable Instrumentation measurement Kit also included in this quoted rate which will be provided by contractor without extra cost following:- (i). Supply and return air temperature kit with (ii). Chilled water in and out temperature kit with temp sensor (iii) DP switch across filter for filter clog (iv) DPT (v). Microprocessor controller with 7 inch touch screen HMI (vi). Suitable size of PICBU with connected accessories and control cable (vii). Air Distribution System/ Duct Work (Factory made/ Site Fabricated): Designing, supplying, fabrication, installation and testing of GSS sheet metal ducting complete with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Comer, Cleat, Carriage bolt, EDPM rubberGasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete with spliter damper, duct damper, vanes etc fabricated out of galvanised sheet class VII 120gm/ sqm zinc coating conforming to IS 277&IS 655 all as required and as per IS specification, complete with Gl nut bolts, supporting Structure, MS angle & rods work etc and as per approved drawings complete all as specified and directed for the following gauge:- Note: (i). CHILLED WATER PIPING: Suppy and laying of MS pipe, Class 'C' confirming to IS 1239/3589, heavy class, chilled water piping including necessary fitings viz. bends tees, reducers, flanges, drain valves, strutural support, nessary clamps, vibration isolator duly insulated with insulation of External thermal insulation with Closed Cell Class O Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of 25 mm thick Density 40-55 Kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.037 W/mk at 200 Celcius Mean Temp. and μ≥7000 (without any additional vapour bamer) and with Factory Laminated aluminium foil of minimum 60 microns thickness to be applied on MS Chilled water pipe using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete and finally finished with 26 gauge aluminium sheet complete Pipe in excavated trenches or on floor/wall/ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fastners) with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed for following bore of pipe:-. Capacity - 500 Litres - (Qty 01 Nos) Note :- (i) Items such as control cabling and PVC drain piping required for complete system shall deemed to be included (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. The contractor shall submit the line diagram and load calculation and necessary documents duly signed by OEM before starting the work. Any modification additional requirement if necessiated , the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate under this item. (iii) If required capacity not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department..
