Demolishing cement concrete of Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including demolition of existing old treatment of any type and disposal of material within 50m of lead complete all as specified and directed (Removal of debris out side MD land will be measured and paid seperately).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed (Removal of debris out side MD land will be measured and paid seperately).

Providing and laying cement concrete in padding concrete over roof slab 30mm to 40mm average thickness up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering using 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed (WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ)

M&L for providing 6 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

(a) M&L for 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound (WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ). (b) M & L for Mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous surface residue / dirt, oil and greese etc all as specified and as directed by GE/ Engr in charge. (c) M& L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt /loose materials etc and filling with Polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE / Engr-in-charge. (d) M& L for applying single component ,GRIHA certified , water based eco friendly high performance UV Resistant , non toxic , VOC component polyurethane modified dispersion having tensile strength greater than 1.5 N/mm2 (As per ASTM D412 ) , Elongation greater than 300% , crack bridging ability upto 2 mm , solid content >65%, applied in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material to achieve a total dry film thickness of 0.8 to 1 mm including sandwich layer of 40 GSM Glass fiber mesh which should be fully submerged in the layers of PU coating as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/ Engr-In-charge. (e) Checking the soundness of existing treatment around the outlet of rainwater / other pipelines and removing any loose materials if any followed by filling the gaps with high strength non shrink cementitious grout ( Bore packing ) and sealing around the pipe outlets using PU sealant complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All the PU roof treatment work suggested above shall be carried out by authorised applicator under the guidance of a technical expert from the approved manufacturer.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank 500 ltrs capacity with double layer, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank including Disconnecting water supply line and dismantling the damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size and removing from the terrace complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.9 here-in-before but 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Lintels, beams and cantilevers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed (height Upto 15Mtr including all necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground outside MD land for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing on wall face 110 mm diameter unplasticised Rigid PVC single socketed pipes.rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including all fittings etc including Dismantling existing old pipe of any size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 30 as above but 160mm diameter fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing in repairs ball valve (brass) 25 mm nominal bore of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping out of existing cracked & loose portion of concrete in RCC columns, beams, soffits, sunshades, wall and strucutral surfaces etc. including removal of exisitng plaster of any thickness without disturbing the existing structures and removal of debris material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of complete vegetation from roof/wall/chajja/drainage pipe line and treated with chemical glycophosphate and filling the hole with PCC 1:2:4 and matching with plastering with existing surface in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of anti corrosive paint with two component epoxy-zincrich corrosion primer to the replaced steel of approved make and product name as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and aplication of epoxy bonding agent of approved make and product name as specified to the prepared concrete surface before pouring micro-concrete or before repairing with polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and application of structural repairs to columns, beams, soffits & other RCC memebrs using cementitious micoroconcrete of approved make and product name as specified having a compressive strength of 50mpa for 28 days, it is bulked with 10mm down size coarse aggregate in the ratio of 1:0.5 by wt of Chemical without increase in w/p ratio of 0.16 including necessary form works complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as in bed plates, pintel blocks etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), (cost includes required Centering etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc from roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc from roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old test point terminal block made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing aluminum strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc as obtained from item No. 39 above complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc as obtained from item No.40 above complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium strip 25 x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised strip 32 x 6mm with saddles buried in ground of fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed. Noe for Sl No 43 to 48. Aluminium / GI strip shall be fixed on roof/walls using PCC blocks of appropriate size without damaging the roof treatment work.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick GI earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m from below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 25 x 5mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, washers, check nuts of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point as specified and indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strat PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kgs of 40mm bore medium grade 7.5m long etc complete all as specified including testing and submission of test report within permissible limit. Note:- (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of statra, RFR and removal upto 50 metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate, GI pipe etc.

Taking down outer unit of split Acs of 1.5 Ton and 2.0 Ton capacities by disconnecting all electrical connections, refrigerant tubings, foundation bolts etc carefully and keep the same in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down outer unit of split Acs of 3.0 Ton and 4.0 Ton capacities by disconnecting all electrical connections, refrigerant tubings, foundation bolts etc carefully and keep the same in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-fixing and testing of outer unit of split Acs of 1.5 Ton and 2.0 Ton capacities obtained from item No. 51 above in position including electric connection, refrigerant tubings, foundation bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-fixing and testing of outer unit of split ACs of 3.0 Ton and 4.0 Ton capacities obtained from item No. 52 above in position including electric connection, refrigerant tubings, foundation bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 53 & 54. (a) All necessary fixing/connecting arrangements to be provided by the contractor without any extra payment from department. (b) Quoted rates is to be deemed the charges of necessary (Boom lift) ladders and scoffoldings with safety measures etc. (c) Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, clamps and bolts/nuts are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
