Supply, erection and installation of ISI mark uPVC corrugated sheet for roofing of gazebo with provision and fixing of sheet with J-bolts complete in the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Cast Iron Benches made up of M.S. tubes 2`x1` in length of 5 ft size and 13 square tubes weighing minimum 24 Kg per bench. The tubes in the back and in seat shall be painted with powder coated paint of any shade of wooden/brown/yellow/green as per the satisfaction and in complete discretion of Engineer-in-Charge. The legs and the Stands shall be of Cast Iron in Decorative Shape to provide aesthetics as well as for safety of the bench. The dimension of the legs shall suitably provide the mounting height of 32` and 24` in width and the weigth of the same shall not be less than 44 Kgs. (The rate is inclusive of the cost of loading, unloading and transportation (within MC Panipat area in different wards) including the charges of paint for lettering of the text as provided by the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and Fixing Stainless Steel letter using Jindal/Bushan steel 16/18 gauge with 304 grade rust free in gloss finish. Letter shape will be of CNC computersied cut with solded and 3` rasing from the base with lighting and the letter shall be in Hindi font and the size of each letter shall be 10` (inch). Fixing with steel nut and bolt, silicon, 2.5 Sq.mm copper wire complete with all respect and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick synthetic jogging track EPDM (9mm SBR Crumb Rubber as track bottom Cushion Layer 6mm EPDM Colour Granules top layer) of approved make COLORSPACEF/COLORPLAY/BSG/NOVAL with test reports of certified NABL lab, origin Of EPDM USA and EUROPE and equivalent. EPDM Granules shall have following minimum properties 00 Polymer content )22%, (u) Hardness of 55-65 Shore A [per ASTM D2240): (ii) Tensile Strength of )5 MPa (per ASTM D412): (iv) Elongation )500% (as per ASTM D412): (v) Density of 1.6 kg/cum (per ASTM D792). (vi) High UV rating of 3-5 on grayscale, (vi) VOC less than 3.0.0ww/1 [viii] Combustibility less than40 mm /m: (ix) Anti- Microbial and Anti-Fungal Tested material, and shall be laid in three layers.[1] First step shall be the application of single component Polyurethane based primer coating Layer, PU binder shall have a specific gravity of 1.05 the appearance of clear pale yellow and viscosity of 350-2900 cps and shall be from the original manufacturer from the list of approved makes 2. The second layer shall be an impact attenuating cushion layer of 9mm thick black crumb rubber/SBR adhered with a polyurethane binder and PU binder shall have a specific gravity of 1.05: the appearance of clear pale yellow and viscosity of 350- 2900 cps and shall be from the original manufacturer from the list of approved makes of to form a resilient porous layer. Crumb rubber /SBR shall be mixed with a minimum of 14% -16% of single- component PU base binder so as to ensure that PU binder provides 100% coating of the SBR/crumb rubber particles. The third step shall be laying a 6mm 18% binder of single EPDM GRANULES top layer with at minimumcomponent polyurethane and shall provide 100% coating of the EPDM granules particles Design on the base top layer by a specialized team of installers according to the specification of approved material and shade. The detailed technical specifications of EPDM flooring testing. material properties, application procedure, etc. are attached herewith for compliance. The documentary evidence has to be produced. for the procurement of material for manufacturer`s test certificate.
