Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any type/ size of light/fan/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site area complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes,switches,bell push,socket outlets,fan regulators,buzzers,holder and taken as schedule of credit complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Point wiring complete with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor (for Phase and neutral) PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded ,copper conductor FRLSH cable of 1100V grade confirming to IS- 694 drawn through and including new non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade , ISI marked , 20 mm bore with conduit accessories concealed in wall /floor and fixed on ceiling/roof/truss/columns etc,including provision of fabricated branded pressed steel terminal box of suitable sizes with 1.6mm thickness duly painted inner and outer side by anti corrosive paint for housing the switches,sockets,fan regulators etc and covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover with cadmium plated screw ,cup washer etc. complete concealed in walls and provn of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of green colour to common earth dollyetc. complete all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one switch. Supply and lay in replacement of 'Medium grade',galvanised steel tube of dia 40 mm , incl PCC 1:2:4 on roof for fixing of lightening arrester including taking down with necessary fixing arragements using PCC complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for checking and measuring of earthing resistance value of building indicated by removing and isolating earth conductor from test terminal block and measure the earth resistance using digital ohm meter(Earth resistance tester) and note down the readings and refixing all earthing items in original position, obtain the signatures of authority concerned complete all as directed by Engineer in charge Note1: Testing to be done by qualified technician/electrician in the presence of MES authorities . Note2: Contractor should arrange labour & testing equipment along with necessary connecting copper wires , earth rods all misc items required for satisfactory completion of job and is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S & F twin core flexible twisted copper conductor wire 1.1 KV 0.5 sqmm for Phase (Red) and neutral (Black) for connecting light/switch /socket etc. as per site requirement including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & as directed
