Supply and fixing Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285,fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos & tower bolt 200 mm 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. including fixing of glass/particle board complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Glass and particle shall be paid under different item).

Supply only 12mm thick Veneered particle board, solid core, exterior grade, with decorative face veneers for both faces and all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving's not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and including removal of debris to out side of MD land..
