M & L for point wiring One fan/light point controlled by one switch, using 1.1 kV grade single core FR-LSH flexible cable of size 1.5 sqmm, conforming to IS 694: 2010, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors and insulation for phase, neutral, and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, colour-coded as per IS 11353: 1985, drawn in medium grade PVC surface / recessed conduits, conforming to IS 9537 (Part- 3): 1983, of size not less than 20 mm NB, including cutting chases, factory made not less than 1.2 mm thick sunken, modular flush sheet galvanized metal enclosure having zinc coating not less than 120 GSM, , conforming to IS 14772: 2000, having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockouts for conduit entry from any direction, suitable modular cover-plates and making good of disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling / floor, etc. complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed.

S & F modular type 6 A 1-way SP switch conforming to IS 3854: 2012 with finger-proof terminal complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed .

M & L for ceiling rose, surface bakelite,three terminals all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure 20 Amps single pole and natural with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete in metal clad board (Industrial type) with one single pole MCB 20 Amp fixed properly in concealed position including making good disturbed surface all as directed .

Material and labour for Cutting, Opening through existing brick walls of 250 mm dia to be for exhaust fan/ventilating fan and finished with the disturbed wall by cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and match with the existing surface including painting, complete all as specified. Note : All painting to match the exhisting surface are to be deemed in quoted rate.

S & F Exhaust fan including louvers AC single phase 240 volts of size 230/250 mm sweep(metal body) and not less than 900 RPM including flexible wire 3 core 1.5 Sqmm from ventilator fan to ceiling rose all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosures MCB SPN double door DB 4 way with 200 amps rated busbar, 240 volts, as per IS-8623 with double glazed door for incorporating MCBs,IP-43 „ including taking down old unserviceable single phase DBs, all as specified and as directed.

S & F MCB SPN 32 amps 'C' series breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C, curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two single core 4 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry including 20 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, (for AC points ). Note : 2 Run of 4 Sqmm, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 4 Sqmm earth cable shall be measured as single unit length.

M&L for sub-main wiring in concealed PVC conduit with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry including 20 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 6 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete. Note : 2 Run of 6 Sqmm, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 6 Sqmm earth cable shall be measured as single unit length .

S & F modular cover plate with frame, of 3 modules complete all as specified and directed. Note- Modular switches, sockets & Cover plates with frame shall be of same make & model.

S&F rectangular modular flush mounted Sunken block of 3 modules suitable for mounting, Modular switches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of five star rated wall mounted Geysers of cap. 25 Ltr, Electric Driven, Single phase, 240 V, Storage vertical type and heating element 2 KW, inner shell made up of copper, automatic cutoff including electrical and water connection and fixed on the wall with mild steel fastner 300 mm long and 10 mm dia with pin and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bib tap 15mm bore of cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type screwed to iron pipe and fixed complete.

S&F stopcock of 15 mm dia cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete.

S & F PVC connections 15 MM size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete suitable for Hot & cold water all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix as in repairs MCB SP 10-32 Amps 240Volts, Breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.
