OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR 11 KV E/M SUB STATIONS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT ASL/DRDL AREA OF GE (I) RND KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

Outsourcing of services for maintenance of Electric supply system comprising of HT and HT/LT lines, UG cables, transformers, 2/3/4/6 pole structures, LT panel boards, switch gears, street lights round the clock (24 hours) on all the days including sundays & holidays complete in following shifts of 8 hours duration each including maintenance of necessory records & documents, complete all as directed in respect of DRDL/ASL/ NGARM/ SFDR/QRSAM Area

Note :- (a) Shift timings & manpower to be employed are as under :- General shift : 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs -01 Electrician (Skilled) Ist Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs -02 Electrician (Skilled) and 02 Mate Electrician (Semi skilled) IInd Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 01 Electrican (Skilled) and 01 Mate Electrician (Semi skilled) IIIrd Shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs -01 Electrician (Skilled) and 01 Mate Electrician (Semi skilled) (b) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for restoration of jumpers, HT fuses using existing resources during short circuit, wind / rain without any extra cost. (c) Material like fuse wire shall be provided by the contractor and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in rate quoted. (d) During Break downs/ shut down of any type from TSSPDCL / DRDL sub stations shall be informed immediately to the department and necessary fault rectification done and the quoted rate is deemed to included the same.

Note for Item No 01 :- (i) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rate quoted is deemed to be included for leave reserve/off and including reliever of the staff employed. (iii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of uniform for tradesmen employed. (iv) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of providing Log Books & Stationery for all above mentioned installations. (v) The necessary Tools & Plants shall be provided by the contractor. (vi) Group insurance, E.S.I & PF shall be provided to the operators by the contractor. Documents shall be submitted to the department. (vii) Wages to be paid to employee through individual bank account only and documents to be submiited to department. (viii) Minimum wages certificate shall be forwarded to E8- Section along with attendance register and wage register for releasing of payment (ix) Minimum wages to the employees to be paid for all the days including sundays and holidays of the month (wages as per muinimum fair wages declared by Govt of India) and the same to be deemed to be incuded in the quoted rate.

(x) Each employee should be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage as applicable in accordance with Govt Of India and the same to be deemed to be incuded in the quoted rate.(xi) In case of absence of operator, double the rate quoted to be recovered. (xii) Departmental equipments of each building like fire fighting equipment, motors, pumps, Electric panels and its accessories, copper, brass materials etc., shall be under the safe custody. In case of theft of any item, recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (xiii) Qualification ITI/05 years Experience certificate of all staff employed shall be submitted and senior/supervisor's (Skilled) qualification should be Diploma in EEE or 10 yrs experience in 11 KV and all the employees employed by the contractor shall be of minimum age 18 years and maximum 60 years (xiv) All people employed are responsible for cleaning and maintenance including restricting vegetation growth in his/their equipment surrounding area, upkeeping of installations. (xv) The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department to avoid embarassing situations to the principle employer failing which, will be laible to pay 5% penalty of monthly quoted rate as per CA in the subsequent RAR.

S & F 11KV grade pin type, composite polymeric insulator white, brown or green insulator of clevis/Tounge/socket or ball type spindle inclduing nuts and bolts of size & type as specified by the manufacturer conforming to IS- 61109 including all galvanised steel disc fittings as required at site and removing of unserviceable insulators complete all as directed. Make :- Jaipuria/Rashtriya Electrical/Denson or make approved in the state Electricity board

S&F 11KV grade suspension type, composite porcealin insulator of white, brown or green colour including all necesary galvanised steel disc hardware fittings as required at site and removing of unserviceable insulators complete all as directed. Make :- Jaipuria/Rashtriya Electrical/Denson or make approved in the state Electricity board.

S&F in repairs LT line zig zag PVC spacer as per the existing size and model complete all as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall deemed to include for necessary ladder arrangement required at site.

S&F in repairs drop out fuse assembly mounted on porcealin insulator and steel frame, horn gap,D or Channel type for HT 11 KV, 400Amps rated current including base frame made with 'C' channel cross arms of suitable size shall be robust enough to sustain the various stresses encountered during all operational conditions of the cutout and necessary reconnecting all the wires/cables etc complete all as directed. Note: Fuse assembly for three phases will be considered as one Set.

S&F in repairs lightning arrester, expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, connecting to the earth strip including necessary spares as required at site complete all as and directed. Note: A set of three lightening arresters will be considered as one set

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated switch, triple pole, mechanically operated, out door type ,with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT polymeric insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle suitable for current rating of 400 Amps HT 11 KV working pressure including taking down old unserviceable air break gang operated switch complete all as directed.

Repairs to AB switch (GOD) including replacement of male and female contacts, bolts & nuts and cleaning the carbon/ dust deposited on the switch contact surfaces and applying mineral jelly, oil grease to the moving/rotating parts etc after cleaning including testing and commissioning of the same for proper functioning complete all as directed. Note: The repairs to three poles of AB switch will be measured as one job.

Labour only for releasing the binding of ACSR conductor of HT 3 phase, 4 wire over head line from insulator, removing the jumper, connector, service wire, UG cable and restringing the existing ACSR conductor of any size, length, span upto desired sag and fixing the same ACSR conductor on insulator by proper binding using aluminium binding wire, jumper connection etc complete all as and directed.

S&F stringing and fixing in position of ACSR conductor in OH line for HT/LT connections of squirrel /Weasel/ mink as per site requirement including provision of aluminium binding wire/ tapes complete including taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs expulsion / horn gap fuse single pole of 11000 volts grade, 25 Amps upto 50Amps, confirming to IS standards complete all as directed

S & F cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable, out door termination heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm including removing the existing unserviceable joint complete all as directed.

M & L for painting of HT two pole structure 11 KV complete by scrapping the existing old paint and making the surfaces smooth including cross arms bracings complete and appying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as directed.

Labour for cutting the bushes and plants grown near the substation/ strucutres premises using necessary tools and plants and removing the plants from the root level at any depth and cleaning the premises completely and making good the site suitable for spreading the stone aggreagate inclduing disposing all the waste to a distance not exc 50M form the site complete all as directed.

Removing the existing stone aggregate of any size from the sub stations and shifting to the place inside the substation/strucutre premises for spreading of the aggregate after filling stone crush in substation/ strucutre premises complete all as directed. Note: Stone crush material will be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L for spreading 20mm coarse aggregate in various sub stations/ Strucutre/ premises and other locations complete all as directed.

Filling only of stone aggregate obtained from tem SI No 23 here-in- before in sub stations after cleaning the aggregate complete all as direted.

Cutting & trimming branches of trees of any girth & of any size touching the over head lines & clearing to a distance of 1.5m on either side of LT/HT OH line to a span of 35m each & disposing the same for clearing the site complete all as directed.

S&F FRP straight cross arms of 11000volts grade conforming to REC specifications of length 1150 mm and clamping holes of18 mm dia spaced at 200 mm c/c and pin insulator holes 22 mm dia spaced at 1070 mm c/c inclduing necessary spares as required at site and removing the old damaged cross arms complete all as directed . Make:Sintex/Rashtriya Electrical corp./Denson or as apporved by the GE.

M & L for earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with the top edge not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and GI protection pipe, 40 mm dia light grade including necessary excavation & earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 earth chamber, RCC 1:2:4, type B1 as in cover 40 mm thick with 8mm TMT bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways, GI water pipe 20 mm dia, medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, salt, charcoal testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I 2009, complete all as directed. Note: GI earth strip beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fix galvansided iron strip of 32 x 6mm on wall/trench including taking out old strip as specified and directed..

S&F rust free SMC danger notice plate, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with GI/MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT 440volts complete all as directed.

All as per srl item No. 30 here-in-before but for HT 11000 volts.

M&L for EPR high voltage adhesive insulataing tape for cable insulation of dielectric strength 38.3Kv/min for indoor cable insulation complete all as directed . Make: Transeal/ Denson/ Rachem

S & F LV PVC/rubber electrical insulation tapes self adhesive type of nominal width not less than 10mm , ISI marked of colors Red/ Yellow/ Blue & Black complete all as specified.

Supply, stringing and fixing in position of cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular shape fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia on LT/HT poles using necessary MS clamps and necessary spares as required at site including taking down old unserviceable cradles complete all as directed . Note: The cross arms required at site will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

S&F in repairs anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FRP straight cross arms of 11000volts grade conforming REC specifications of length 255 mm and clamping holes of18 mm dia spaced at 175 mm c/c and pin insulator holes 22 mm dia at centre inclduing necessary fixing spares as required at site and removing the old damaged cross arms all as directed . Make: Sintex/Rashtriya Electrical corp./Denson or as apporved by the GE.
