"DIESEL GENERATOR SETS" Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissiong of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set (suitable for outdoor installation along with acoustic enclosure)alongwith having Prime Power Rating 320 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor, power command control system (Standard Control panel with 630 A, 4P, MCCB with PS0602/PC3.3 including AMF logic or equivalent installed in the acoustic enclosure), cable termination boxes suitable for end terminations of upto 3.5 x 300 Sqmm. cable, first fill of lubricationg oil and diesel for testing and commissioning (The DG set shall comply CPCB - IV + norms) and consisting of the followings including providing necessary CEA approval, insurance, Packing, loading, unloading, transportation etc. as required: (a) Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 stroke radiator with fan cooled, floor mounted, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key, (ii) Water temperature indication, (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication, (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication, (v) Battery charging indication, (vi) RPM indication, (vii) Over speed indication, (viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication, (ix) Engine Hours indication. (c) Alternator : Synchronous alternator rated at 320 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having IP-23 protection, SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR suitable for parallel operation in synchronizing mode & AMF mode conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class - F/H insulation. (d) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation (1:2:4, M20 grade), foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. Vibration isolators (AVMs) should be provided to reduce vibration transmission to the surrounding structure. Foundation shall be designed considering safe bearing capacity of soil and approved structural engineers. Item includes cost of excavation, making of foundation etc. as required for mounting of DG set as per design, no additional payment shall be made. (e) Fuel Tank: Calibrated Day service fuel tank (Free standing type) suitable for outdoor installation of 990 Ltrs. capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications, level indications with calibrated scale, provision for electronic level sensor, flange connection for inlet with float valve and over flow for automatic fuel filing system and other accessories etc. as required as per specifications. Suitable foundation as per OEM recommendation and outdoor type suitable canopy enclosed on four sides with lockable arrangement made out of M.S. sheet/Mesh as per OEM recomendations needs to be provided. (f) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital grade exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor including supply & fixing of Stainless Steel Expansion joints, Corrugated bellows suitable for 320 KVA DG set to fit in exhaust pipe. The exhaust piping including silencer inside and outside acoustic enclosure shall be thermal insulated. The exhaust pipe shall be minimum 05 mtr. above building height. The complete exhaust piping and structure shall be included in the quoted rate. (g) Starting System: 24V DC starting system (or as per manufacturer/OEM standards) comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand, external battery charging unit etc. as required as per OEM standards. (h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications, meeting the latest CPCB IV+ norms. Acoustic enclosure should be type tested for Noise at the climatic conditions as per latest CPCB norms through authorized laboratory. (i) The work shall be executed as per Central Electrical Authority and Central Pollution Control Board - IV+ or latest norms as specified in tender specifications. (j) DG command control panel (PCC 3.3 or equivalent as per OEM design) suitable for synchronization with RS 485. (k) Necessary control cable shall be provided between DG Sets and DG Panel as approved by OEM manufacturer. (l) Approvals : Prepration of necessary drawing, Co-ordination and approval from Central Electrical Authority (CEA) and CPCB, Pollution control board standards as per requirement.
"MAIN LT ESSENTIAL PANEL" Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cubicle TTA type, indoor LT panel as per IEC 61439, IS 8623:1993, IP 42 suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates for top & Bottom entry, extensible on both sides i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN aluminium alloy bus bars with 100% neutral bus as that of phase bus capacity of hight conductivity, supported with SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity as per design, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size as per IS 3043 subject to minimum 32 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid/flexible copper connections from main earth bus bar to switch gears with required size of Copper conductors/bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sq. mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c contol & interlocking of incomers, bus coupler and providing Surge Protection Devices (SPDs) including following switch gears, accessories as per specifications: All MCCBs should be provided with front operated extended rotary handle and spreader links. The electrical panel shall be fully ventilated to maintain intemal body temp. < 40 deg 'C' when room amb. temp. is equal of less than 35 deg 'C'. Required ventilation fans shall be provided and tested. All back access panel shall be housed with encapsulated spark gap based Type-1/Class A SPD wih inbuilt fuse for each incomer at each bus section of 100 kA, 10/350 mS as per IS/IEC 62305-3LPL-I. All front operated panel/sub panels shall be housed with MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor) based Type-2/Class B SPD wih inbuilt fuse for each incomer at each bus section of In 1 & Irms 20 kA, 5/20 mS, as per IS/IEC 62305-3 LPL-I.
