Dismantling/removing the textile coverings and cover fillets all as specified

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description in any position as in padding concrete, sunken slabs coping, benching, kerbs or mud stops etc and removing the debris outside MOD allas psecified by engineer in charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in terrace (padding layer )finished even surface of 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof slabs including mixing water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement (but excluding the cost of cement), finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, using water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement but excluding the cost of WPC ( water proofing compound should be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the roof surface and applying oil bond bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having soften point not less than 140 degree centigrade tensile strength not less than 800/N/sqm cum tearing strength 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15cm end laps by application of torch applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm and providing garnish with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/sqm over completed area of membrane complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction.

Demolition of plain cement cement concrete/terrazo tiles with cement mortor bedding in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside MOD land all as specified by engineer in charge

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floor all as specified and directed, finishing cement concrete as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal,whilst the concrete is green all as specified and directed

M&L Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete,including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq.m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area

S&F Cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment including 15 mmm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 as in base to floor finish.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight)

Taking down plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layer with 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and top 5 mm thick in CM 1:4, mixing water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement (but excluding the cost of WPC) finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of ceiling and applying 2mm thick putty finish to obtain smooth finish in ceiling surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying 2mm thick putty finish to obtain smooth finish on old wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling and applying 2mm thick putty finish to obtain smooth finish wall surface and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
