Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 300 KLD capacity based on Latest Technology comprising of integrated natural treatment system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (2 No.), Grit Channel (2 No.), Distribution Box (1 No.), Anoxic Reactor (2 No., ), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor Unit (2 No., MCRT 40 Days, nitrification), Tube Settler (2 No.), Constructed Wetlands for nitrogen and phosphorous removal (4 Nos., Area 113 Sq. m., Depth 1.5 meter), Sludge Drying Beds (4 No.) with covering arrangements with polycarbonate sheet (6mm thick), Constructed Wetland (Rootzone System), Multi Media Filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area 80.50 sq.m.), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, DG Set for Electricity back up to 62.5 KVA capacity with all required accessories, Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 M onths of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).

Excavation in foundation ( trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc.up to 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in arches upto 6 metres span.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending, binding &placing in position complete upto floor two level

2nd Class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 Sand)

20 mm cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick /concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrires.intrenal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand) inner side i/c cost and carriage of material with in all leads,lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring & shuttering in.
