Supplying & replacement of desert coolers wood pads (3 Nos.) set suitable for 18”/20” size desert coolers i/c removing of old pads, cleaning of dust, greasing, oiling, testing of fan motor, water pump, connection etc. complete as reqd.

Shifting of 18”/20” size desert cooler from the one place to another place/ basement of respective blocks of VikasSadan building to the various offices/ windows at different locations & fixing the desert cooler in proper manner, connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying & fixing electric power driven cooler pump (submersible type) 1400 rpm (appox.) having 1 meter head, discharge 5.5 Ltrs. p/min (appox.) providing & fixing nut bolts of suitable size for 18”/20” cooler connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Servicing & cleaning/ polishing of steel surface of drinking water coolers i/c dismantling of fan motor, cleaning of condenser, water tank, oiling, checking & repairing of water connection for leakage of drain pipe, over flow pipe, float valve etc. as reqd.

Servicing of window/split Air Conditioners of 1.5 Ton/ 2.0 Ton capacity i/c cleaning of condenser coil, cooling kit with water soap solution, lubrication fan motor, cleaning & rectifying defects in electrical wiring numbering etc. as reqd. a) Window type AC 1.5 Ton/ 2.0 Ton.

b) Split type AC 1.5 Ton/ 2.0 Ton.

c.) Tower AC 2.0/1.5TR

a) Dismantling & re-installation of split air-conditioners with, clamps, rubber insulation & gas charging of 1.5 Ton/ 2.0 Ton capacity i/c testing , commissioning etc. as reqd.

b) Supply of Copper tubes with dia. ½” & 3/8”, along with 3 core 70/76 wire, drain pipe, clamps, insulation i/c testing, commissioning i/c buyback of old copper pipe etc. as reqd.

c) Supply of 3Cx2.5 sq mm 1100V Pvc insulated sheathed with bare annealed copper conducter as per IS : 694-2010 ,23/76 gauge cable including connection etc as required.

Supplying and replacement of burnt/defective compressor of same capacity of suitable window and split AC including gas charging, nut, bolts, washers, rubber bushes including brazing, welding i/c buyback of defective compressoras etc. as required. a) (i) Window type 1.5 T capacity.

(ii) Window type 2.0 T capacity.

b) Split type AC 1.5T capacity.

Supplying & charging of refrigerant in the following air conditioners/ water coolers of different make including detection of minor puncture & repairing the same capillary replacement including testing as reqd. a) Window type AC 1.5/2.0 T capacity.

b) Split type AC 1.5/2.0 T capacity.

c) Water coolers 120/150 ltrs. Capacity.

S/R fan motor with accessories suitable for window/split ACs & water coolers connection testing i/c buyback of old moteretc as reqd. a) Window type ACs 1.5/2.0 T capacity.

b) Split type ACs 1.5/2.0 T capacity.

c) Fan motor outdoor unit split AC.

Supplying & replacement of following spare parts in the existing air conditioners. a) Running capacitor of (i) 36 mfd.

b) Starting capacitor of 80/100 mfd.

c) Thermostat suitable for ACs & water cooler.

d) Capacitor 4/6 mfd.

Supply and fixing of outdoor copper condenser for 2 TR window AC including gas Charging, brazing, copper piping, pressure holding i/c dismantelling of the old,condensor testing and comissioning i/c buyback of defectove condensor etc. as required.

Providing & engaging the following workers for attending the day to day complaints of existing desert coolers, window/split ACs, tower AC & water coolers in different location in Vikas Sadan etc as reqd. 1) Wireman cum AC mechanic Gr-I: - 1 No. (In General Shift)

2) Khallasi: - 1 No. (In General Shift)

Buyback of following items. a.) Old Cooler

b.) Old defectice compressor

Supply installation testing and comissionng of 280watt 220V AC, 50hz with tank capacity 95 litre (minimum), air delivary atleast 6000 m3/n, manual operation, water pump shall work with hard water, auto-fill for continous waater feed, 4 way air delection with plastic body, heavy duty caster whells, qwith honeycomb fileth, complete etc. as required.
