Supplying, fitting and fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) 0.50mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength), of zincalume metallic coating (lS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better coIIing as per thermatech technology, 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with suitable square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self- drilling screw as per lS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc- aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150)(i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester Paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming lS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming geninuity of the metal.-in Roof-0.5 mm thick sheet

Supplying fitting and fixing door frame with M.S. angle as per drawing & direction of equired section.The holes for counter sunk machine screw & nuts will be such as to fit 8 to 10 mm Iron screw. The counter sunk nut to be welded .The nuts are to be welded after careful checking with screw.All welding spots should be properly filed or rounded smooth including cost of welding hinges for hinge cleats , lugs for hasp bolt, socket bolt etc. and necessary M.S. clamps of 25mm x 6mm flat 225mm long as per direction welded to the frame fitted and fixed in position excluding cost of concrete.Mode of measurement : Weight of frame shall be calculated for the M.S. sections of frames. Payment of butt hinges, clamps, hasp bolt, socket bolts, screws etc. will be paid separately. The weight of section should be calculated at 7.85 gm/Cu.cm
