Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of any type of batten or conduit (Light, Fan, Socket or power) complete removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roofs etc including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed.

Painting of ceiling fans/ exaust fan complete, in situ with symthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities withfiller, one coat after cleaning all dust etc.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls as directed.

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts FRLS grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size, complete with all PVC conduit accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, including modular metal flush boxes to accomodate modular switches & modular white cover plate and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point/fan point controlled by one switch.

Description al as per item no 05 above but one light point controlled by 2 way switch.

Taking down old unserviceable fitting & S&F LED luminaire 600mmx600mm, 35/36 watt,220 V Ac recessed/ surface type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver,holder & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper cunductor cases of suitable size complete.

Taking down rusted GI wire and Supply & fixing GI earth wire 4.00 mm dia for interconnecting of earth electrodes all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , earth lead GI wire 4mm dia ( 8 SWG) connectd to GI earth plate elcectrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 15mm bore and 20mm bore light gradeGI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works.
