REPAIR OF SEWAGE MANHOLE COVER DRAINAGE IN THE APS AND MANAKESHAW OF GE P NO 1 JABALPUR

Taking of liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank either manually or by pumping or by pumping clearing thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt area, disposing in pit and covering with layers of earth and taking all pracautions against foul/hazardous gas etc., (septic tanks, line, MH etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning blockage by manually or mechanically in a sewage line up to 4.5 mtr depth, WC GT, NT, FT & man holes in AGE B/R of GE(P) No 1, Jabalpur area by engaging safai wala for each Zone on all working days from 0830hr to 1700 hrs along with T & P incl gum boot, mask, safety device etc. are required for cleaning blockage and keep smooth functional the entire sewage lines including manholes to the entire stisfation complete all as specified and directed. Note for sch A item above (i) Contractor or's supervisor will report on all w rking days along with 4 safai wala at 0830 hrs at B/R maintainance cell to receive complaint for blockage and to submit complintion report on same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip Area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. Cost for the same shall be deemed inclusive in the quited rate. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. Any despute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his deceision shall be final, binding and conclusive. (iv) If there is any major blocks ge in sewer line for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P is required same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt there fore contractor is advice to visit the site before quoting the rate in tender. (v) All sewage blokage complaint must be attended within 24hr; if any sewage blockage complaint is not clear within 24 hrs (except and otherwise few major/ difficult complaint prior intimation/ notice to GE/ Engr in Charge) compensation of Rs. 100/- per Day per complaint shall be charged from contractor work done without any prior notice based on job card i.e. user satisfaction. (vi) Attendance register would be maintained by Engr in Charge in presence of contractor on each day for making the payment/recovery as per attendance. (vii) incl EPF/Insurance of labour etc.as per policy

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface ( Plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying two coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying single coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single coat of internal emulsion old plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces (with all work carried out with mechanical sprayer/sander) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces n patch work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces in patch work complete all as specified and directed.
