SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF GEYSER CEILING FAN and EXHAUST FAN AGAINST BER IN MIL STN MAMUN UNDER GE N MAMUN

Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring of ceiling fan/exhaust fan point including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, etc and removing dismantled/demolished, debris materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using 3 x 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable(Phase, neutral and earth wire) drawn through existing conduit and connected to common earth dolly with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws for mounting switch, socket, flan regulators etc including making connection of cable with MCBs through proper size copper/brass thimbles for one ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one 1 way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 3 x 2.5 Sqmm for 15 Amps socket/power point

S & F switch piano flush button single pole one way 5 amp 240 volts, all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 above but 15 Amps switch

S & F Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type, 240 volts all as specified and as directed.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type Socket type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. not less than 100 W flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body surface Bakelite 65mm dia three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sheet metal enclosure with plug socket and MCB 20A SP, 240Volts (2P+E) including Cutting chases of suitable size on existing wall, flushing into the wall and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar (1:3) and finished to match existing surface including testing on connected load complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metallic exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 Volts of size 230/250mm sweep double ball bearing type with louvre incl grouting nut bolts and making the hole of suitable size by breaking the existing wall and making good the disturbed surface by plastering and matching with existing specifications of surface incl connecting with 3core flexible copper conductor of 0.50 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 above but of size 300mm sweep, 900RPM

Supply and Install of the electric water heater storage vertical type 50 Ltr capacity 5 Star rated of Stainless Steel body vertical type glass lined of inner tank and heating element and having the wall mounting arrangement, thermostate, indicators and thermally insulated stainless steel tank of glass lined inside the tank and heating element, PTMT connection pipe of 15mm dia and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts, with connection of water & testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Monza DX/ Racold Platinum plus / Jaquar or equivalant as approved.

Supply and fixing 5 star rated (as per latest BEE specification) ceiling fan 230 volts, single phase of 1200mm sweep double bearing type including down rod, canopy cover etc and connecting with 3 core FRLS flexible copper conductor cable of 0.50 sq mm including writing of MES No with black enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 2215.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
