M & L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer confirming @0.50 ltr/ Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @1.2 kg/sqm and applying APP based Polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt.not less than 150 grm/ sqm) and sealing joints by torched application complete all as specified and directed. M&L for opening up the winding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete. Testing of the ceiling fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F ceiling fan blade 1200 mm sweep made up of aluminium body having provision of free size monting nuts/screw all as per requirement at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of wall mounting fan of 450 mm sweep size carry out necessary repair ,dully cleaned and refixing the same on site all as specified and directed.
