SITC OF LT PANELS (Main Panel, APFC) as per SLD LT Panels Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of LT Panel vermin proof floor mouting, MS Channel base with botton and fabricated out of 2.00mm/1.6mm thick CRCA after proper sheet treament process of silent sheet. The bus bar of panel shall be of electrical grade high conductive aluminium alloy of appropriate cross section as per rating. the main bus bar shall run throughout the panel if rating as main incommer rating. this bus bar shall be supported by non hygrosocopic SMC/DMC bus bar support which shall support which shall be mounted on proper interval to ensure the bear the jerks of short circuit of 50kA for panel having ACB as incommer & 36kA for panel having MCCB incommers panel shall be constructed in fully segreated compartment desgin for each feeder as per 3b construction format, The Panel shall be completed in al respect as per IS 8623 part 2&3. There shall be seperate metering compartment for incommer metering & outgoing metering All Incommer Feeder shall be provided with multifunction metering along with phase indicator light and other associated componets such as CT control MCB Terminal Blcok etc and all outgoing feeder 100A & Above shall be provided in 3 Phase Ammeter along with phase indicating light and other associated components such as CT control MCB Terminal Block etc. Ther Feeder above shall be provided as accommouted all metering instruments shall be digital type & all indicating light shall be led type. Wiring shall be done from 1100V GRADE pvc Insulated copper flexible wire. All ACB shall be electrically operated drawout type with microprocessor based O/L S/C E/F release of breaking / with stand capacity (ICU/IC/S/ICW) 50kA or more. All MCCB shall be thermal magnetic/microprocessor with O/L & S/C protection along with required spreder and extended rotary handle with pad locking facility of breakcapacity (ICU/ICS) 36ka or more all MCB shall be thermal 10kA "C" Curve. Cubical type switchboard shall be CAT A/B Only Main LT Panel cum Synchronization Panel INCOMING: 1 Nos ACB Incomer from 1250kVA CSS of ratings 2000A OUTGOING: 800A ACB - 1 NOS , 200A MCCB - 6 NOS

The Incomer should be 630A, 3P, EDO, 50kA ACB and the panel mus be complete in all respect with relevant 3 Pole, 36kA, Microprocessor Release based MCCBs for relevant bank Outgoings, CTs, Digital Ammeter, Voltmeter, Indication lamps, MCBs, Timer, Relevant Capacitor Banks, 7% Detuned Reactors etc.

Supplying &laying of LT Cable 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core Aluminium Conductor XLPE insulated Armoured Cable confirimg IS: 7098 1100v grade at a depth of 750mm below ground level over a cusion of 75mm thick fine sand all around and protected with well burnt bricks on sides and top put across as dircetd by engineers in charges complete in all respect inculsing excavation and refilling. the armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supplying & Laying and Fixing LT Cable 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.
