M&L in replacement of mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraing and resecuring including making good staples with chain link fening plain mild steel wire galwanised fixing to concrete, tying wire galvanised iron staple or steel pins(each line of wire to be measured).

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 and not exceeding 250 Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fencing post including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Material and Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the disturbed portions in CM 1:3 to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/160mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore SGSW/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar of 200/225mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 200 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore SGSW/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed mild steel work for door or gate of angle iron or other section with gusset plate, rail, braces, etc complete drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing shall conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel sheeting or other covering, running rail/ guides shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces or previously undecorated surface of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
