Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE AS PER TENDER NOTIFICATION

Technical Criteria

Capabilities of Vendor

Only the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorized Dealer With minimum 3 years experience In supply of SWM plant & machineries Are eligible to participate.

Others -- A. GST certificateOthers -- B. Work order copies along with satisfactory completion Certificate.

The Bidder should have minimum turnover Of Rs. 106.72 Lakhs during any two years out of preceding 3 years.

Others -- A. Audited Balance sheet, Trading/ Profit and Loss account.Others -- B. IT returns.

Should have executed supply of SWM Machineries to atleast 2 no. of MRF Projects in Karnataka State.

Others -- A. Copies of the work order.Others -- B. Satisfactory Completion Certificate

The Bidder should have supplied SWM Machineries of value not less than Rs. 26.68 Lakh in a Single work order.

Others -- A. Copies of the Work order/Purchase order

The OEM/Dealer should have registered Office in Karnataka for atleast 3 years.

GST Registration

The OEM/Dealer should have Local Office/ Service center within Karnataka.

Others -- A. Copy of local Municipal Trade License

The Bidder should furnish copy of ISO Certification.

Others -- A. ISO Certification Copy.
