Taking down cement plaster in patches from brick or stone masonry or concrete surfaces and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/stone wall or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/stone work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old painted surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, efflorescent salts etc and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer after applying 1 mm thick cement based wall care putty all as specified.

M&L of 1 mm thick wall care putty on new or old plastered wall surface including preparation of existing surface etc.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying one coat of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete upto two/three storey building including scaffloding arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old painted surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, efflorescent salts etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete upto two/three storey building including scaffloding arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on road side kerb stone surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for repainting of building Nos plaque of 300 mm dia by applying one coat black synthetic enamel paint and rewriting of bldgs Nos with one coat white synthetic enamel paint all as specified. (Note :- Each Job comprises 3 to 5 Itallic/English letters not less than 10 mm thick and 150 mm height)

M&L for preparation of old rusted steel surface of any description by removing dust / dirt / oil grease etc and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint after application of one coat primer/rust remover all as specified and direction.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs setting aside or lowering if required for cleaning and reconnecting or refixing in same position, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from the mouths of circulating pipes etc and including neatly writting date of cleaning (DD/MM/YY) all complete and all as specified.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc500 ltrs but n exc 1000 ltrs setting aside or lowering if required for cleaning and reconnecting or refixing in same position, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from the mouths of circulating pipes etc and including neatly writting date of cleaning (DD/MM/YY) upto 10 mm thick and upto 100 mm height each bold capital /Itallic letters with white/black synthetic enamel paint all complete and all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surface (internal) of walls including brooming down / steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water on wall and applying Texture painting including preparation of surface by applying a coat of thin layer of acrylic base wall care putty and applying one coat of oil base primer followed by a base coat of textured paint of approved pattern / design as directed by EIC using paint from Royal Play Series of Asian paint or equivalent series of make of Appendix 'B' all as per manufacture instruction etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.
