SPL REPAIR TO CERTAIN PS TANK AT PHASE-II OF AGE E/M UNDER GE TENGA

Disconnecting and dismantling carefully the existing inlet,outlet,wash out and over flow pipes, MS sheet, PS plate of any size and thickness, MS structural steel of any section from the existing PS Tank of capacity 20000 Gln including unbolting nuts bolts and washer where ever required from existing PS tanks and making by pass arrangement to continue existing water supply by using GI tubing, valves, fittings etc of required sizes and taking out the said arrangement after completing the work all as directed. (Note : cost of by pass arrangement shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Supply and fix MS plate 6 mm thick as per existing size for bottom and side of the PS tank upto 10 mtr height from the ground pre fabricated, factory made including drilling holes, welding cutting etc fixing with new nuts, bolts and washers and all new jointing materials such as lead wool gasket black non toxic putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet as per existing size for roof of the PS tank upto 12 mtr height from the ground pre fabricated, factory made including drilling holes, welding cutting etc fixing with new nuts, bolts and washers and all new jointing materials such as lead wool gasket black non toxic putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS angle, Channel, MS flat or MS tee section of grade Fe-410-W cut to required size and shape for bracing, supports and clamps including welding drilling holes, fixing with new nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Note :All new nuts and bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after as supply only).

S&F 16 mm to 20 mm Hexagonal head and 30 to 75 mm long MS screw bolt (Machine made) with two number of washers one hexagonal nuts for required size of bolts (n.exc 5 cm long) incl washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine spray paint of outer surfaces of PS tank height 6-10 mtr from ground including rubbing, scrapping, cleaning, washing and applying coats of blue synthetic Enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for External sufaces of PS tank including writing letter or figures such as capacity of tank, date of cleaning (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) of letter size not exceeding 30 cm height with white synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine spray paint of inner surfaces of PS tank height 6-10 mtr from ground including rubbing, scrapping, cleaning, washing and applying coats of black bituminous paint anticorossive (suitable for drinking purpose) on internal sufaces of PS tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as directed. (.6 kg/mtr)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 for erection of fencing post/ mas concrete with 40 mm gradede coarse agreegete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(20 mm graded aggregate) precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete.
