NOTE FOR ITEM No. 61 & 62 :- (i) Cost of manure, chemical, bone meal, neem khali etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of upkeeping and maintenance of the lawn & plants, proving manure, weeding, application of suitable chemical for termite and weed infestation, cutting & trimming of hedges as per desired shape for a period of one year from the certified date of completion.
