Manning & Operation of 11 KV Power House round the clock in 03 shifts of 8 hrs (timing : 0800-1600,1600-2400, 2400-0800Hrs) each with minimum 01 No Skilled Electrician and 01 No Semiskilled Electrician as helper at INS Gomantak Substation consisting of switchgear panel board having 01 No incomer VCB , 3phase, 50Hz, 800 Amps & 2 Nos 630 Amps Outgoing VCB, indoor type, floor mounted, metal clad, totally enclosed and 03 Nos, 630 Amps, load break switch as outgoing including repair/rectification of fault developed in 11 KV Sub-station, up keeping the electrical installation operational and in healthy condition, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as per Indian Electricity Rules/Engineering practice and as per manufacturers guide lines, particular specification, keeping proper day to day records of maintenance activities in log sheet along with proper tools/safety device, own conveyance & communication system (mobile phone without camera) and search light etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Items required for regular maintenance shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule as supply only, the rate for replacing the items is deemed to included in the rate quoted .

All as per Item No 1 here in before but for Jeevanti Power house consisting of switchgear panel board having 01 No incomer VCB , 3 phase, 50Hz, 800 Amps, indoor type, floor mounted, metal clad, totally enclosed and 03 Nos, 630 Amps, load break switch & 01 Nos incoming & 02 Nos as outgoing VCBs.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 2:- (a) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included all the following activities of day to day maintenance and attending /rectifying the break down at the installations and also the operator has to maintain the register of GSEB shutdown, attendance register, hand over book, log sheets including power factor & three phase voltage . Since this installation is ring main system of GSEB , Gomantak power house & Jeevanti power house, operator should have thorough knowledge of the ring main system and have to be in constant touch with GSEB and other power house operators for the status of 11 KV electric supply from where it is fed. All safety precautions such as hand gloves, helmets, discharge rod and required T & P have to be provided by the contractor and the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

b) Daily maintenance all as per manufacturer’s instructions for VCBs /LBS /GODs including greasing/ petroleum gelly for termination points of AB Switches contact all as directed. c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for topping up of battery, electrolyte, cleaning/replacement of battery terminals, charging of batteries and replacement of lugs if required etc all as directed. Electrician shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a particular field with minimum qualification of ITI and also submit copy of ITI Certificate. Contractor has to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to electrician without any extra cost to the department. Rates quoted for respective job will be deemed to be inclusive of above aspects. In the case of absence, penalty will be charged as doubled as quoted rate for operator per shift. d) Tools and plants including HT hand gloves,HT megger,Earth rod etc all as directed.e) It is the responsiblity of the contractor to keep the Insatallation and installation area clean and the rates for cleaning of HT installation inside and outside and cutting of bushes, grass incl necessary tools rqud is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the Contractor.

Manning & Operation of 11 KV Power House in 01 shifts of 8 hrs each (timing : 0800hrs to 1600hrs ) including Sundays and Holidays with 01 No Skilled Electrician at NCB Substation consisting of Air Break Switches, Transformer including , up keeping the electrical installation operational and in healthy condition, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as per Indian Electricity Rules/Engineering practice keeping proper day to day records of maintenance activities in log sheet along with proper tools/safety device, own conveyance & communication system (mobile phone without camera) and search light etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Manning & Operation of 11 KV Power House in 01 shifts of 8 hrs each (timing : 0800hrs to 1600hrs ) including Sundays and Holidays with 01 No Skilled Electrician at 2 W det Substation consisting of Air Break Switches, Transformer & 01 No 11 KV VCB including , up keeping the electrical installation operational and in healthy condition, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as per Indian Electricity Rules/Engineering practice keeping proper day to day records of maintenance activities in log sheet along with proper tools/safety device, own conveyance & communication system (mobile phone without camera) and search light etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Manning & Operation of water supply installation of NCB pump house in two shifts of 8 hours each on all days including sundays and holidays (timings 0800 to 1600 hrs, 1600 to 2400 hrs) with 01 No Skilled Operator per shift .The installation comprises of following equipments:- (i) Centrifugal electric driven 3 phase 415 volts pump set 5 HP - 02 Nos (ii) Open well submersible pump set 5 HP-01 Nos and DG Set 40 KVA -01 No including operation of valves located at different locations in NCB area

Notes for Item Nos 3 to 5:- (a) The operator shall be experience holder of two years in particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (b) Contractor has to provide log sheet and shall be maintained properly. (c) The contractor / operator is responsible for safe custody of installation including all accessories/ consumable and penalty as particular specification clause is applicable in case of any loss or damage to Govt property (d) Contractor has to provide proper uniform with proper name of operator encrypted in the shirt and safety shoes to operator without any extra cost to the Department. (e) Daily maintenance shall be carried out all as per manufacturer's instructions. (f) Consumption of DHPP shall be regulated by the Department. DHPP (Diesel) shall be issued under Sch 'B' for filling only. Contractor has to make his own arrangements to collect the DHPP with good quality of empty vessel (barrel) shall be arranged by the Contractor. (g) General cleanliness/ removing of vegetation of respective installation surrounding area to be done regularly and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (h) Operator will do proper chlorination as directed. The chlorination material will be provided by the deptt.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 5:- (a) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (b) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (c) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account (d) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (e) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more.

(f) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (g) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.

Supply Only 11 KV HT dropout fuse element 30 Amps (Pack of 10 fuse) all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only 11 KV HT droput fuse element 40 Amps (Pack of 10 fuse) all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only 11 KV HT dropout fuse element 15 Amps (Pack of 10 fuse) all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only 11 KV HT droput fuse element 50 Amps (Pack of 10 fuse) all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 11 KV HT tape 25 mtr long role all as specified and as directed.

Supply only HRC fuse 20 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ACSR conductor all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 11 KV bus bar insulators cylindrical type with single hole on both side /double hole on both sides for fixing as per site requirement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50sqmm to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary earth work is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M & L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm laid in duct complete all as specified and directed.

Preventive maintenance of 11KV 630A (1LBS+3VCB) ring main unit by authorised dealer/firm.Scope of work includes the following:- (i) Cleaning of circuit breaker body and bushings. (ii) Oiling & greasing of all moving parts. (iii) Mechanism checking (iv) Checking and adjustment of track alignment and interlocking mechanism. (v) Cleaning of Auxillary contact. (vi) Tightening of nuts and bolts. (vii) Checking breaker operation. (viii) Checking of cable entry holes. (ix) Functional check of trip circuit. (x) Relay setting.

M & L for one time servicing of 1.1KV Air circuit breaker of make L & T of cap 800 Amps after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all the cables from panel and ACB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of ACB isolating contacts, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decarbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section ,including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary LT insulation at joints complete all as per manufacturer recommended checklist including testing on completion of work .

Supply & fix 2NO/2NC spring charging cut off Limit switch and test service limit switch contact suitable for 800 Amps ACB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix rack in rack out isolation, test service plates with shaft suitable for 800 Amps ACB complete all as specified and directed
