Construction of crated R/wall and crated B/wall on Komla to Kuban road in km 2nd RD 1/0-100 and 1/300-400. (Permanent Restoration Under UT Capex Road Sector 2025-26)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% boulders.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes 4``dia for weepholes.(LMR)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete.

Hand-packing stones in wire-crates including cost of crates and stones

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :-

Sand for an average lead of 7 Km.

Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size for an average lead of 7 Km.

Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above for an average lead of 7 Km.

Stone/boulders for an everage lead of 1 km
