To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 (a) achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 232.03 lakhs and mention UDIN number in turnover certificate
Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.58.00 Lakhs, in last five years.
Executed in any one year, in the last five years i.e.,2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 the following minimum quantities of work (1) Earthwork-768.352 Cum (2) GSB-714.36 Cum (3) WMM/WBM-723 Cum (3) Asphalting (BM/SDBC/DBM/BC)-278.464 Cum

As per clause 3.3a Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022 this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification a) Hot Mix plant 40/60 TPH or more capacity (b) Mechanical Paver Finisher (c) Vibratory Road Roller (d) PRR Roller(e)Tippers (f) Excavator like JCB/Hitachi/Backo loader (g) concrete mixer with hopper (h) water tanker
