Repairs to pot holes of depth exceeding 30mm and area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in roads path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep at road side for berm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing old black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen on existing black top surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness ) using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder not less than 5.5 % by weight of total mix (The exact quantity of binder shall be determined by design mix by marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient rolling with power roller as specified and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm per Sqm area as per IRC 35 including levelling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and as directed as per MORTH specification 803.

S&F dual directional reflective cat eye with two stand of impact resistant plastic 100x80x15mm ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with 2 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails + epoxy/ bitumen adhesive all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for ABS speed breaker/Rubber as per manufacturers instructions Model No.length 500mm,width 380mm,height 50mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F 600mm dia Convex mirror with 50mm dia MS Pipe post (1.5m above GL ) including excavation of post hole and PCC 1:3:6 in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.
