Main Switches:- Supply and erection of metal clad switches / B.D.Bs with rag bolts on wall or on existing angle iron board / pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. (HSR 31.12(a). xxv) Four pole change over switch 100 amp. 415 Volts Cat-B,

Pipe Laying. (HSR 31.21) xxx) Supply and erection of PVC pipe of 6 kg. pressure laid 1 meter below ground level complete including digging refilling of the trench with jointing etc. b) PVC pipe 80 mm dia.

(Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22) iii) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

v) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or copper plate earth electrode.

xv) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required with all labour and material.

xi) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

Under Ground Cables:- Supply and erection of underground cable 1 meter below ground level covered with sand and bricks including necessary connections, digging and refilling of trenches. (HSR 31.25) xxvi) 50 Sq. mm 3.5 Core Ard. Cable .

Supply and erection of underground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections. (HSR 31.26) xxvi) 50 Sq. mm 3.5 Core Ard. Cable .

Supply and erection of suitable compression type brass cable glands for underground Cable. (HSR 31.28) 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm Cable 3 to 3.5 Core

Shed for DG Set: Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flates, square bars, tee and chanels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iorn doors, open able or fixed stair case or perrapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc. including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12). Chanel size (40 x 40 x 6) = 10 M X 3.5 kg Per M = 245 Kg or 2.45 QTL. Wiremess Jalli = 100 kG = 1 QTL Net & Bolts = 10 KG = 0.10 QTL, Total = 2.45 + 1 + 0.10 = 3.55 QTL

Construction of suitable size of foundation for 62.5 KVA Silent DG set. The foundation shall be of PCC type with the ratio of 4:2:1. The length and breadth of foundation shall be 300MM more from the respective legth and breadth of the DG set. The height of the foundation shall be 400MM i.e. 200MM below and 200MM above of the ground level complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Enginner-in-Charge of the work.
