Maintenance and Repairing of boundary Wall LDA side Type-IV block no.7 to 9 at New Parikalp Vihar Colony, Telibagh, Lucknow. (Lot No.06)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm in patches, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay ( Non Modular) bricks of class 150 in Foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4( 1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand)

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meters

Providing and applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Removing Paint or varnishing with paint remover or caustic soda including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required completion of work .

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
