Construction of superstructure and finishing works for buildings 308A, 308B, 308C, 306A and 306C in Plant site at FRFCF project site, Kalpakkam

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alrond the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetr of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations i) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work ot be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood paels alone will be permitted.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/Foundation bolts/pipe and sleeves/penetration/sliding gates/chequered plates/ edge angles /Bolts and nuts etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Stainless steel chequered plates,ladders using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for trench cover, ladders including special sections and anchor fasteners for fixing as per drawings, specifications complete . A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site . This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Damp proof course over brick masonry wall at basement level in cement mortar 1:3, 25mm thick mixing with crude oil at the rate of 5% by weight of cement including curing finishing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, providing and laying Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m) of grade N/5 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and constructing 400mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two layers, outer layer added with waterproofing admixture, including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, providing chicken mesh on outer layer, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufacturers specification, ‘Impermo’ or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Providing and fixing chicken-mesh reinforcement of 1.5mm dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 10 to 13mm, fixing using nails, including cutting of required sizes complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position upto 50mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/Cu.m weight wrapped in 200micron thickness polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, construction joints, expansion joints and at locations as specified in the drawings, including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the EIC using:

Approved Bitumastic compound joint sealant for foundation, grade slab

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metalic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing Acid / Alkali resistant flooring using 12mm thick Acid / Alkali resistant tiles of pelican or approved equivalent make as per IS: 4457 including preparation of surface applying one coat of primer, application of 10mm thick mastic membrane, laying of tiles in potassium silicate based mortar of 2mm thick and pointing the joints with to a depth of 10 to 12mm with CNSL mortar etc. cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect / Engineer before procurement. The job shall be got executed by specialists in this line.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing Acid / Alkali resistant dadooing using 12mm thick Acid / Alkali resistant tiles of pelican or approved equivalent make as per IS: 4457 including preparation of surface applying one coat of primer, application of 10mm thick mastic membrane, laying of tiles in potassium silicate based mortar of 2mm thick and pointing the joints with to a depth of 10 to 12mm with CNSL mortar etc. cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect / Engineer before procurement. The job shall be got executed by specialists in this line.

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, making uniform height, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed y the Engineer.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming to IS 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour, etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 500 micons Acid/alkali resistant paint conforming to IS:9862 of approved brand and colour to ceiling and walls , including supplying of all materials, preparartion of surface to receive paint, providing and applying bitumen primer conforming to IS :158, labour, materials,scaffolding,etc., complete all as per manufacturers recommendations and as approved by EIC, at all elevations, complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying first coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer and second coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer and third coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2, and M.S Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated with decorative lamination on both sides, 3 layer medium density (Exterior grade) particle board Grade-I, Type - II confirming to IS:12823 bonded with phenol formaldhyde synthetic resin of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partition frames with C.P brass /stainless screws etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double action floor spring of ‘Hardwin’ or approved brand and manufacturer (confirming to IS:6315) for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece of M.S Sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge with brass cover plate.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts "Everite/ Hardwyn" or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel "C" type Door handles 10mm dia SS 304 Grade solid Rod, 250mm long in aluminium Doors/ wooden Doors including SS screws / bolts etc. all as per drawings and specifications complete. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium tower botts of size 250 x 10mm (Barrel Type) ISI marked (IS: 204) of approved make (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 250mm long Anodised Aluminium aldrop rod thickness 16 mm. The anodic casting shall be not less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1982 or as required by the purchaser. with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Swing type heavy quality top PIVOT for suspending aluminium door shutters of single or double leaf all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Swing type heavy quality bottom PIVOT for suspending aluminium door shutters of single or double leaf all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked (IS:205) aluminium butt hinges of size 125 x 75 x 4mm of approved make anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) ransparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Al hanging Heavy Quality floor door stopper ISI marked with Twin Rubber stoppers, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to req. colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying pressed flat clay tiles 230 x 230mm size and 20mm thick tiles on roof slab jointed with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 2% integral waterproofing compound laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 and finished neat complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cast in situ light weight foam concrete using PPC cement and washed crushed stone sand including testing as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture and foaming agent, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, compacting, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete and achieving dry density 400 to 450 kg/cum at all levels including all materials, tools and tackles and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fencing conforming to IS: 2721 of required width in mesh size 50x50mm, made of G.I. wire 3.15mm diametre including strengthening with top and bottom line wire 4mm diametre, (4mm diametre line wire at top, bottom & middle to be provided incase fencing height exceeds 2m) cutting of chain link & wires to required length, spreading, fixing & binding chain link to fencing post with 18 gauge binding wire including cost of GI bolts and washers and wire, two coat of enamel painting over one coat of red oxide etc. complete in all respects all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Nahani trap of Prince / finolex or approved equivalent make conforming to the relevent IS code, heavy quality of self cleaning design with 75mm internal dia and outlet with 125mm dia, PVC grating with perforated holes on top including embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4, forming circular holesby providing and fixing 110mm OD PVC pipes of required height upto floor level, levelling and rendering smooth, making good the floor, and wall etc. all complete as per specifications. (Rate shall include cost of PVC pipe and it shall not be paid extra) .

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 'C' Class G.I pipe sleeves 150mm n/b, 600mm long, with Puddle Flange of 250x250mm, 6mm thick for rain water down takes (of 160mm dia) to be embedded in RCC slabs/ RCC roof Gutters to connect Rain water pipes by welding or with screwed sockets including cast iron slotted gratings at top, all as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. These sleeves to be fabricated and embedded at the time of concreting in true vertical.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS:14735, ‘Finolex’ or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with MS plates, pvc collars with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using MS clamps, 10mm dia GI U rods,anchor fasteners, bolts nuts and joint, leak testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Heavy Duty High Build Acrylic co polymer Elastomeric Heat Reflective Cold Applied Water Proofing System from FAB chemicals (MIXGUARD Flexi - 3K(6 layer / DFT 2000 to 2100 microns) or equivalent make for new and old roof / terrace including preparation of surface by cleaning the surface by washing thoroughly by mechanical and manual means, making surface free from laitence/dirt/oil/other materials, removal of loose materials, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, filling/injection/ grouting the cracks/joints where ever required with polymer modified cement mortar using admixtures and applying chemical coats as specified below, leak test, curing etc all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container. Surface Preparation:Cleaning the whole area with wire brush. Chipping all loose/dead mortar thoroughly. Cleaning the entire area with high pressure water jetting to remove all loose particles/grease/oil/dust/dirt/curing compounds etc. Surface cracks must be filled with MIXFLEX AC along with a bonding primer of MIXPRIME SB 300 or equvalent and Mixing ratio, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. First Layer: Prime Coat: Applying base prime coat with make of FAB chemicals (MIXCOAT AC300 compound which is produced by mixing MIXCOAT AC-300 with water and cement at the ratio 2:1:3 by volume) or equivalent make. mixing shall be done with a slow speed drill with paddle. This compound shall be applied with sufficient thickness to cover the holes/pores/cracks @ 1.000 Liter / SQM area. consumption shall be as per the manufacturer specification. Second Layer: Fibre Mesh: Laying of Fibre mesh of make FAB Chemicals (MIXFELT P50 saturated with MIXCOAT AC 300) or equvalent in the wet condition and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8hours. A minimum overlap of 100mm to be provided at the joints i.e., at 1.10 SQM / SQM The Mesh shall confirm to the technical specification as per the manufacturers data sheet. (80 Gram / SQM as the weight) consumption of chemical for saturation shall be as per the manufacturer specidfication. Third Layer: Liquid water proofing memberane: Apply one coat of flexible two component liquid waterproofing membrane (with undiluted material) of make FAB chemicals (MIXGUARD BC) or equvelant over the fibre mesh @ 1.000 Kg / SQM as a intermediate water tight flexible membrane system in grey colour and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours. Fourth Layer: Water barrier system: Apply one coat of hybdrid co-acrylic based water barrier coating in white clear colour ( with undiluted material physically in white colour) @ 0.250 Liter / SQM as a water barriers system of make FAB chemicals (MIXCOAT C450) or equivelant on top of liquid water proofing membrane and allow to dry for a period of 6hours. Fifth Layer: High elastomeric waterproofing membrane: Apply one coat of acrylic elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane in white colour of make FAB Chemicals (MIXGUARD HR) on top of water barries coat (with undiluted material) @ 0.500 Kg/SQM and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours. Sixth Layer: Heat reflective with high abrasion resistant membrane:Apply one coat of acrylic heat reflective liquid membrane in white colour of make FAB Chemicals or Equivelant (with undiluted material) @ 0.500 Kg / SQM and allow to cure the system for a period of 72 hours for water test. Note: The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. Water testing shall be done after completion of all layers. No additional cost will be payable for water test. Ten years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.
