Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricting charges.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand ) using Country Bricks ground molded of size 23x11x7 cm. Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1 : 5 (one cement and four sand) 12 mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Painting in two coats over outer wall surface with approved quality of Plastic Emulsion Paint with colour over one coat of pirming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc
