Material and Labour for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Material and Labour for testing and calibration of 11KV VCBs indoor/ outdoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays system (relay to tripping coil auxiliary switch male and female housing cut outs etc) , checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specefied and directed.

Disconnecting, opening of VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.
