SCHEDULE 'A' (B/R)

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering two layers consisting 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 followed by 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on internal wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for applying 2 coats of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of primer and putty on wall including preparation of surface by using mechanical tool/ auto roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved by GE before carrying out the work.

M &L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on plastered surface with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm and putty by using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:-All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved by GE before carrying out the work.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete Removal of existing treatment on wall by vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & fillng cracks and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm and putty by using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Chajja, beam, column to be painted different colour as per Engineer-In-Charge instructions. (ii) All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved by GE before carrying out the work.

M&L for Complete Removal of existing treatment on ceiling and applying two coats of white wash including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete Removal of existing treatment on wall by vacuum based sanding machine removal of nails etc & filling cracks and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer and putty by using mechanical tool/ auto roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved by GE before carrying out the work.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge including Nainital or similar pattern in roof covering all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminIum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of anY colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm, MS ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm size (Overall length of cover plate) floor door stopper of aluminium body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster from existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chisel/hammer, cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing new supplementary bars if required,either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying epoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete of required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (E/M)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures, PVC conduits and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials from wall/ceiling etc to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into existing concealed conduit through Wall/Ceiling/Floor along with FRLS 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete for the following point wiring and making good disturbed surfaces matching with existing paint complete all as specified and directed.

One light/fan point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 Sqmm size.

one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps, on same board with cable 1.5 Sqmm size.

Taking down ceiling fans/Exhaust fans of any make and sweep from ceiling hook/existing position complete including disconnecting and transporting to E/M store all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of Metal clad socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin + earth plug top and socket incl taking down old u/s metal clad complete with one double pole 20-32 Amps MCB C Type 230 Volts all as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring along with earth wire of any sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with Two runs of single core 4 sqmm for phase and neutral and one run single core 4 sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 continuity conductor drawn into concealed conduit or non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of minimum 20 mm dia as per site requirement wiring through wall/cable tray/ceiling/floor/roof etc including conduit accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The disturbed surfaces shall be made good to match with existing surface including finishes as applicale. (i) Two different color wires shall be used for phase and neutral . S&F DB for MCB SPN 8 way double door DB with 200 amps rated copper bus bar in SS enclosure having IP 43 and IK 09 protection including taking down old u/s DB and MCB's all as specified and directed . Note :- MCB SPN/SP shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the schedule.

S&F DB for MCB SPN 12 way double door DB with 200 amps rated copper bus bar in SS enclosure having IP 43 and IK 09 protection including taking down old u/s DB and MCB's all as specified and directed . Note :- MCB SPN/SP shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the schedule.

S&F sheet metal enclosure TPN MCB DB 8 way double door with spreader terminals,insulating phase barrier and hardware with neccesary arrangements Including taking down old u/s DB, MCB's all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp incl taking down old unservicable and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC cool white (or) warm white colour, recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling incl taking down old unservicable fitting and connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI Pipe 15mm light grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.45- Rs. 1,18,815.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
