Supply, Installation & charging of 1-PH & 3-PH power outlets (power socket DB) at each fabricated column of workshop

Supply, Installation, internal wiring of Lighting Control Panel including programmable timer, RCCBs and other control devices for automatic timely switching and manual switching of High Bay lights individually as per requirement.

Supply and Installation of (4+18) Double Door completely prewired MCB distribution boards for centralized control of Exhaust fans, Column mounted cooling fans and pedestal type cooling fans at specified location including supply of mounting arrangements complete in all respect. Make of MCBDB: ANCHOR/ HAVELLS/ LEGRAND/ C&S Each MCB DB shall have: 4P Isolator, 20A : 1 No. 3P MCB, 6A, C-curve : 6 Nos.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Exhaust fan sweep: 36 inch/ 900 mm with industrial heavy duty IE3, 3-phase fan motor, rpm: 700-750 minimum FAD: 15000 cfm/ 25000 cubic meter/hr make: as per IS 2312-1967 with Siemens make D.O.L. starter of adequate capacity including making suitable cut-out in profile sheet at appropriate height, supply & making angle iron frames of adequate strength to bear load of complete exhaust fan assembly including other necessary fasteners, mesh for cut-out etc. complete in all respect. Note: Only exhaust fan with starter shall be provided by BHEL. Bidder to quote only for Supply of all other items and Installation, testing & commissioning of exhaust fans as per above shall be in scope of contractor.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Column mounted type industrial fan, Free air delivery: 55000 cu.m./ hr., sweep: 900 mm, speed: 960 r.p.m., with aluminium blades, 3 phase, 415V IE3 motor with Siemens make D.O.L. starter of adequate capacity on existing fabricated column of workshop at specified locations including supply & making mounting post, fasteners etc. complete in all respect. Note: Only column mounted fan with starter shall be provided by BHEL. Bidder to quote only for Supply of all other items and Installation, testing & commissioning of column fans as per above shall be in scope of contractor.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Pedestal type industrial cooling fan (man cooler), air delivery: 55000 cu.m/hr,motor rating: 2-3 hp, IE3, 3 phase, 415 V, sweep: 900 mm, speed: 960 r.p.m. with Siemens make DOL starter of adequate capacity. Note: Only Pedestal type industrial cooling fan with starter shall be provided by BHEL. Bidder to quote only for installation, testing & commissioning charge.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 150 W LED High Bay Lights(>=120lm/w), IP65 (min.) including supply & making angle iron mounting post with fasteners, fall prevention safety chain etc. complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation & commissioning of CRCA sheet Junction boxes complete with terminal blocks of suitable size and cable gland near each LED High Bay Lights, IP65 (min.) for phase distribution to each Luminaire.

Laying of 185 sq. mm x 4C XLPE Insulated Armoured Al Cable in existing CC covered trench in workshop from switching room to Incomer of Main Power Distribution Panel including connection at both ends with suitable size Al lugs & brass/ SS cable glands, charging the panel etc. complete in all respect. Note: Above cable shall be provided by BHEL. Above cable shall be provided by BHEL. Laying of 95 sq. mm x 4C XLPE Insulated Armoured Al Cable in existing CC covered trench in workshop from Main PDB to Incomer of Auxiliary PDB including connection at both ends with suitable size Al lugs & brass/ SS cable glands, charging the Auxiliary PDB etc. complete in all respect. Note: Above cable shall be provided by BHEL. Above cable shall be provided by BHEL. Installation of Perforated type Cable tray with mounting supports/accessories at specified height on wall/ surface/ truss of existing fabricated structure starting from Main Power distribution panel to each column around the workshop for laying cables as required and as per instruction of engineer-in-charge. Note: Above cable shall be provided by BHEL. Wiring, glanding, connection and testing of existing 3-ph & 1-ph power outlets at workshop columns with 16 sqmm x 4 core xlpe insulated, pvc outer sheathed armoured cable with Aluminium conductor, rated voltage at 1100 volts grade and conforming to is 7098 part-1 1988 on existing cable trays starting from Auxiliary Power distribution panel to power outlets at each column individually controlled and complete in all respect. Note: Above cable shall be provided by BHEL. Bidder to quote only for laying, termination & connection charges including supply of all other items for connection of cable at each point/ junction as per above.

Installation & testing of Pure Copper Electrode Chemical earthing complete set, length: 3000 mm, dia: 50 mm(±2 mm) including excavation/ refilling, making chamber as required complete with filler compound & top enclosure, complete in all respect. Contractor shall submit earth resistance measurement report after installation of the earthing which must be in permissible range as per IS code of Practice for Electrical Earthing (IS 3043: 1987 latest). Note: Only Pure Copper Electrode Chemical earthing set shall be provided by BHEL. Installation & testing of Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Contractor shall submit earth resistance measurement report after installation of the earthing which must be in permissible range as per IS code of Practice for Electrical Earthing (IS 3043: 1987 latest). Note: Only Copper Earthing Plate shall be provided by BHEL. Fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode to earthing inspection box for each earthing (to be supplied by contractor) and connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.( lump sum 5 meters for each earthing) Note: Above copper strip shall be provided by BHEL. Bidder to quote only for fixing charges including supply of all other items as required to complete the work in all respect.

Fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required from earthing inspection box to Power/ auxiliary distribution panels. Supply and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess/ on cable trays for connections etc. as required around the workshop as ring earthing.

Supply and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess/ cable trays for equipment earthing along with existing surface/ recess/ cable trays from ring earth G.I. strip to each load points (exhaust fans/ columns fans/ power outlets etc.) as required.
