M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion all as specified and as directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion incl 1mm thick wall putty with alkali resistant priming paint on plastered surface complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by removing dust, dirt, loose and flaking paint, efflorescence, oil, grease, and other deleterious materials, including minor crack repairs, and applying two coats of damp proof coating using ready-made damp proof paint such as Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof Waterproofing Solution, Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic Waterproof Coating, or equivalent approved product, applied strictly as per manufacturer’s specifications to achieve a uniform, continuous, and water-resistant film, complete in all respects and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete ceiling etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule)
