Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres:- (cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil including spade work, pick work, jumper work and disposal of excavated earth up to all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15 cm. layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidating upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto a 1.5 metres. Pick Work.

Disposal of materials (earth work) by mechanical transport including loading and unloading and stacking upto 10 km (disposal of earth at approved MC dumping site) (carriage)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering and propping etc.with wooden battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concreate & plain concreate work in:-. Foundation , footing basis of coulmn etc. and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as walls partition and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth with in all leads , lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in reinforced concrete work in : Foundation And Plinth

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 m thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses,plinth and string concrete etc. From the top of foundation level up to 2 level.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level:

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in in Superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) Second Class Bricks

Steel work welded in built up section , trusees and framed work including cutting , hoisting, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of red lead paint inculding carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage of materials withinn all leads and lifts.40 mm thick

15mm thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth with cement morter 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. (a) 75m dia pipes
