Supply of 8.0 Mtr. Octagonal in shaft shape, continuously lopered sections having dimensions and thicness as regd. in the design made from high tensile steel conforming to BSEN 10025 ar. S 355. high Mast system tower with standard dimension of Bottom A/F 175 mm. Top A/F 90 mm. body sheet thickness of 3 mm, Baseplate (mm): 300X300x16 (LxBxT). Foundation Bolt Cat. M24/75Ox4 with its accessories, Mast shaft shall be given in wo Secions, Hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS: 875 /1987 part 3. It shall also incude accessories for High Mast including Head trame, inside wiring arangemnet, loop box of IP-65 for o/g to luminaires on top mount on mast. [Pole Make: Utkarsh/ BPP/ Kolkata Pole after apvd. as per ElC with chekcing QA which is subject to approve by technical authority]

Construction of suitable shallow reinforced foundation as per standard design as per the manufacturer with 1:1:3 cerment concrete M-20 gr. for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10t/ sq mtr. TMT steel as per Is (0.5% of CC volume) and aboyt said depth along with suitable dimesion that conforms safe bear of high mast with around neight of 300mm above around, incl, all material and labour including the Cost of one set 4 Nos. of foundation nuts and bolts of M20/660mm made out of tor Steel M20 and installation at site with wiring complete in all espect i.e. entire satisfaction of Engineer-incharge. This civil foundation work incl. for erection of 10 Mtr high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx. Zone base of CC 500x500x800mm & CC 500x500x300 mm faced up to base plate inclvang |emoving soil and necessary trimming the side of trench leveling & dressing and arOUnd 1.5 sq m, soiling with ihama picked bricks & M20 CC shallowed above soiling and under top foundation with 3x area of top foundation

Erection of 9.0 mtr High Mast over the civil founda- tion bolts with help of Trolley fixed moving crane ( 5 Tonne Capacity) and using other modern engineering practices along with luminaires inatallation to the end top ring bracket by suitable techniques and means incl. necy electrical Connection in proper electrical system eg. socketing etc. complete(taking 2 work in one day)

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure

Dual Channel Digital 24 hr & Astronimical DIN Ch Timer System (For Energy Saving Special Cut-off System as ref.on Comment Section***) Supply .Fitting, fixing & connection of following materials Switch gears list: (a) MNX12 contracter= 2 No. (b) DPMCB Standard Rating & Make Apvd by EIC, = 2 No (c) Time Switch (Digital) = 2 Nos (accesories make: L&T/Legrand/Crabtree) etc connections incl chair 3 pole connector as I/C letc all complete as per modern engineering practice.

Supplying of mainline cable Power Supplier end to panel wiring cablel incoming of 11kV ar. 4 core Armoured 16 mm makel Polycab/Havells/Gloster/ Finolex make] with necy. Crimping sockets.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 samm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the coble with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including fling the spoce between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying of 4 core 10 sa. mm unarmourded Cu Cable trailing cable inside through the pole

Earthing Installation - with Pipe Electrode: Earthing with 50 mm (1SI-M) dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mis. long). 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts. double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia Gl pipe protection (1Mtr. long) to be filled with bitumen portly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an overage depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of Overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement mnorter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including dilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by Using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Soil Excavation for Earthing: Excavation of soil for installaticon of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil.

Supplying of Marble ploque mentioning the work description and other details to be fixed by masonary means at the suitble place as directed by EIC
