Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) thick as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick, (Square/rectangular ) dark/printed in vertical surface set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed.

Supply and laying chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finished 300mmx300mmx22mm thick made by table vibratory method set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement & pigment tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushion (Tibba Sand), filling under floors/tiles/paver blocks or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block rubber moulded, vibratory finished of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness with grey cement and no pigment, M-35 Grade of approved colour and design complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 22 above but 80 mm thick and M-40 grade paver block.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class -B bricks old size, straight or curved on planexc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. complete all as specified & directed.

All as Item no. 25.00 above but as in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The demolished material should be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.
