Supply of 1.1KV grade, flat type three core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors conforming to IS 694 with up to date amendments complete as required as per specifications. 3 core 2.5 sqmm

Supply and lowering of uPVC borewell column pipe of following size, lead free and heavy metal free, threaded ends for each pipe to enable connection with suitable coupler, O rings as required in to the borewell along with already supplied flat cable tied to bore well column pipe & already supplied nylon rope for binding the motor pump set complete as required and as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge Nominal dia -50mm, mini 17kg/cm2 (Make:- Astral pipe, M071300306, Crystal or equivalent from List of approved makes)

Installation testing commissioning of borewell motor pump set into the borewell column pipe of required size with top and bottom adapter set, bracket connector, top metal clamp of suitable size for column pipe support etc complete as required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & installation uPVC Ball Valve Plastic 50mm size, including providing & installing required size Tee joint in the delivery pipe line from borewell complete as required. Make:- Supreme AqauaGold or equivalent from List of Approved makes.

Supply & installation of Check Valve (NRV) (Size - 50mm, Material - Bronze, Make- Zoloto or equivalent) with required MTA, 50mm size union on the pipe line complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35sq.mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part Il complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 75 mm dia (OD-75 mm & ID-63 mm nominal)

Dismantling bituminous road by manually/ mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including form work etc as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required 80 mm dia

Supply of Class-B Woltmann type water meter , size- 50mm, Cast Iron Body, flanged type, suitable for water temperature upto 50 degree Celsius, capable of withstanding pressure upto 16 bar, designed for measuring bulk flows of cold potable water complete as required. Installation of water meter in the existing PVC/metal pipe line at the delivery side of the pumping system with adequate support, flanges, MTA, bend, minor welding cutting works as per requirement at site complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of DOL submersible pump starter suitable to connect 10 HP (7.5 KW) motor pump set having relay range of 20-32 amps, with protection features such as single phasing, over load, phase reversal, phase un-balance, coil voltage of 415V, push button for start & stop, power ON-OFF indications, with volt meter & ammeter for monitoring purpose, having auto re-start feature, enclosure protection of IP 54, complete as required. Supply of DOL submersible pump starter suitable to connect 05 HP motor pump set having relay range of 06-10 amps, with protection features such as single phasing, over load, phase reversal, phase un-balance, coil voltage of 415V, push button for start & stop, power ON-OFF indications, with volt meter & ammeter for monitoring purpose, enclosure protection of IP 54, complete as required. Supply of AE make, 100/5 A, 15VA, class 1 Resin Cast type Current Transformer conforming to IS 2705/1992 complete as required

Supply of 0.5 HP self priming mono block, Single phase, suction upto 7.5 m, copper winding with class F insulation, High-quality Extruded aluminium body for motor and Cast iron for pump casing, Forged brass impeller, of discharge capacity 1900 L / h. Make:- Havells, Model:- Hydrant 2 or equivalent in the list of approved makes

Supply of UPVC pipe of size 3 inch and laying in the existing trench along with required couplers, unions at start and end, reducer, elbow etc for connecting to the existing line at both ends complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. Mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supply of borewell motor lifting machine, designed with suitable size square pipe and L angles, electrically operated with suitable capacity 3 phase motor from reputed brands such as havells, crompton Kirloskar etc along with forward and reverse switch with gears for speed reduction, having mast of height more than 12 feet and drum for winding the rope (combined type), having wheels for transportation purpose, suitable to lift borewell from upto 150 meter depth, including painting, supply of 4 number suitable die, etc complete as required.
