TERM CONTRACT (TC) FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS (MAINT TO BLDGS AND MISC B/R WORKS) UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R MALAD UNDER GE (NORTH) SANTACRUZ

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition containted of referred to in the afforsaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as are the enumerated in the aforsaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the dated mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforsaid MES Schedule. Note : (a) The tenderer to insert rate percent at the 3rd row and column 'F' of this BOQ Microsoft Excel Sheet. (b) The tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) at the 15th row of column 'E' and column 'F' of the BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES schedule of rate Part-II 2020 (rates). (c) In case any bidder desire to offer rates at par SSR shall insert "0" at the 15th row and column 'F' of this BOQ Microsoft Excel Sheet. (d) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being term contract, work shall be priced at rates given in SSR Part II and adjucted by the percent quoted by the tenderer on this page.
