Sand top dressing and brushing using drag mat as per guide lines etc. complete and as per Instruction of Agronomist and up to the satisfection of EIC If required can be execute to meet the requirements during off season or break

Daily Maintenance Activities Mowing will be at regular intervals (2 to 3 times a week) as per guide lines etc. complete and as per Instruction of Agronomist in the desired pattern and upto the satisfection of EIC Mowing FOP using Reel Mowers along with adjacent workable area

Clean-up and debris removal from the ground ( 1 to 2 times a week ) as per guide lines etc. complete and as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC CLEAN-UP FOP using Rotary / Vaccum Mowers along with adjacent workable area

Providing Manpower (Machenic/Opreator) for maintaining the ground as per guide lines etc. completed and as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC Grounds Men along with adjacent workable area

Providing & supplying of Petrol & engine oil for tools and plants etc. completed as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC For all machinery deployed for the work

Ground Marking , net fitting,etc. complete as per guide lines and as per Instruction of Agronomist/ Ground Incharge and upto the satisfection of EIC Marking FOP using Water-Soluble Distemper (Once in a week)

Nutrients to be applied as per the soil tests for the right balance,estimated at 200 kg for 2 applications and as per the Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC N:P:K etc

Providing & supplying of Fungicide/Insecticide/ Weedicider as per guide lines etc. complete and as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC As per turf condition (Once in a week)

Regular watering etc, moisture content has to be checked prior to irrigating the FOP as per instruction agronomist upto the satisfection of EIC existing irrigtion system

Regular repair of Divots and sprigging to recover the damage cause as required and as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC seeding/sprig/sod

De-weeding, weeds are regularly removed using manual labor, pesticides for weed control is also use void any damage to the surface as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC Spray/manually

Repair and maintenance of existing irrigation system as per direction and satisfection of EIC Regular cleaning and manually oprated repair.

Supply and apply PQS testing as per the norms of IOG and maintain the records throughout the year as per Instruction of Agronomist and upto the satisfection of EIC Clegghammer/Moisture Meter/Tractor Meter/Ball roll/Ball bounse/1meter straight egde/Core cutter/sampler/infiltrometer
