Dismantling of suspension assys. – 4nos. of the truck, removal of damaged leaf springs – 3nos., P/F of new leaf in place of damaged with centre bolts - 03 Nos. and U-Clamps - 03 Nos. main leaf front 02 nos. change with U-Clamps also rear 02 nos. main leaf springs with U-Clamps , also p/f of leaf pins, hinges – 3nos., greasing of the assys., Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repairs to the mud guard of the vehicle (both rear and front) by way of dismantling it from the vehicle, cutting of old rusted portion and patching of the same by P/F of new MS sheets including welding it. Also repairs to the dala of the vehicle. Straitening its angles. P/F of new nuts and bolts. Job Also includes p/f of new head lamp front left side, 1No., side indicator left side - 1 No., Left side ORVM- 1 No. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

King Pin Assembly:- Labour charges for dismantling of king pin & tie rod for reparie with P/F of new parts i.e. king pin -02 nos. , king pin bush-04nos., thrust washer upper& Lower - 02nos., thrust bearing -01 nos., spacer- 01no., shim - 02nos. King pin repair kit- 01no., steering rod -01 no., cotter pin- 02 nos., gasket ring-04nos., circlip-02nos., bearing -02nos., spacer tube-01 no., UJ cross-01 no., tie rod repairkit-01 kit, split pin-04nos., spindle pin-02nos., after repair / fitment complete testing & wheel alignment. Job includes cost of material and labour charges complete job.

Fuel Pump:- Labour charges for dismantling of fuel pump for overhauling with replacement of worn out parts and replacing of fuel pump nozzle -06 nos. delivery valve0 01 set, pump element-01 set, taper roller- 01 no. pump head 01no. repair to Water Body and Radiator:- Labour charges of dismantling of water body and repairing the same with providing/ fitting of new parts i.e. water body, hose pipe set, coolent HD-02 ltrs, Repair to radiator by way of welding its leaked pipes and checking the same for any leakage.
