REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF LT DISTRIBUTION PANEL BOX, APFC PANEL, LT ISOLATION TRANSFORMERS AND OTHER CONNECTING ALLIED ITEMS AT AF STN MOHANBARI UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI.

M&L for shifting of LT panel of any size by disconnecting the cables of any size from panel and taking out the loop of the cable and shifting the panel within 500 mtrs from original location or as directed by Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the same after dresseing the cable and providing suitable size lugs and glands for termination and connection with MCCBs after necessaey PCC plinth foundation work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (Demolition, transportation and lifting job and T&P are inclusive in quoted rates)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick including taking out old complete all as specified.

Relaying of serviceable bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

M&L for boring/ drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for passing GI tubing upto 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or out existing serviceable/ unserviceable cable of sizes 2/3.5/4 core 10/16/25/50/70/95/120 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including segregation the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by meggar (insulation tester), stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further disposal all as directed by Engineer in charge Note :(1) Excavation / cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. ( 2 ) Serviceable brick protection to be stacked carefully for counting and re use.

Supply an fixing in repairs Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size including Taking Down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repairs/ replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete including dismantling old unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc.all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseeding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m all as per specified and direted.

Material and labour for disconnecting of Electrical connection, earthing lead and taking out carefully defective Isolation Transformer of up to 75 KVA capacity located at AF stn Mohanbari inclusive shifting it from AF stn Mohannari to Civil workshop by using mechanically operated crane and truck and back to its original position after necessary repairs and installing the Isolation Transformer inclusive reconnection of all electrical cables wires and earthing connection complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of Isolation Transfomer of capacity upto 75 KVA by disconnecting all internal electric connection after draining out of transfomer oil and storing the oil in transfomer oil barrel of cap 210 ltrs for reuse and opening the top cover of the isolation transfomer by removing nuts, bolts, washers, etc and lifing the core / winding by using indoor crane removing internal electrical connections by unscrewing nut, bolts, etc cleaning entire housing of transformers and dismantling complete primary / secondary winding from the limb and removed the entire tape insulation from the existing copper winding wire

M & L for reinsulation of Primary coil of isolation transformer by using proper size of insulation paper sheet to entire copper winding wire complete all as directed.

M & L for reinsulation of Secondary coil of isolation transformer by using proper size of insulation paper sheet to entire copper winding wire complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs top cover gasket sheet as per exisiting size for various capacity of isolation transfomer complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different locations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power True/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of Isolation transformer of capacity upto 75KVA complete with all connected fittings & fixtures and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enameled spray painting of approved shade complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high as per colour scheme all as specified and directed.
