Taking down Aluminium Door / window /Ventilator including chowkhat if required and carrying out necessary repairs , securing rails ,tightening scews ,hinges etc and same including repair of rubber bedding , aluminium clip, adjustment of glass, repair of floor spring or hydraulic door closer with oiling or greesing etc including adjusment of horizontal or middle style.complete all till the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge ( The cost of making good the surface of wall /floor with matching the existing surface either tile or plastered surface whatever exist on ground is including in the unit rate of item)

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or desc.) from wooden frames or stone conc. or brick surrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge

S & F Sheet glass 3 mm thick ordinary/frosted quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc.0.5sqm in each pane all as specified.

S&F 18/19 mm thick single side Pre laminated PVC Boards suitablely fixed in kitchen cabinets/Cupboards,frames, partitions and shelves of built in cup boards,almirahs and similar work including suitable Piano hinges etc. of any finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel catcher of superior quality all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

S&F telescopic channel steel ball 20" drawer side channel of standered size and incl of roller for moving drawer, mild steel bright finish or electrogalvanised Make :-Parayag or Equivelent in Hettich

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer composite) solid door /window/ceosetory windows& other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x100 mm compraising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum,screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(face) & 1100 N ( Edge),minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fastners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Eng In charge .( MS holdfast / lugs dash fastners shall be included in unit rate of item). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5 mm toletance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable .Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Ditto all as per above item no 18 but frame size 65x125 mm

Note:- SS butt hinges and SS screws shall be included in unit rate of item.

Ditto all as per above item 20 but skelton door shutters of 35 mm thick

S&F Butt hinges of size 100mm Stainless steel (ISI marked) including welding to frame where required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Flush Shutters 30 mm thick , solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panel , commercial type on both side complete. Including edges of door covered with teak bid and makng provision for fixing mortice lock if required and hinges including both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping /frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) as specified

M&L for welding in repairs n.exc 2.5 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm thick of metal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to steel window/ventilators etc.of any type or any size making it functional by providing MS window handles(left/Right) , any type of hinges, greasing, oiling , welding, etc.including taking down shutters if required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple,guide channel,lock,hold fast,PCC block, erected in position as indicated, complete; push pull or manual type made of 1.25 mm thick lath including taking down old unserviceable /defectrd/rusted shutter and making good diturbed surface as per existing condition complete as specified.

Repair to rolling shutters of any type ,any height and any length making functional by providing greasing oiling , welding etc.including taking down rolling shutters or hood if required complete all as specified and as directed.
