Construction of RCC 6 Nos over head sector storage tank in M-25 Design mix not less than 1:1.5:3 of 40000 Ltrs Capacity each with 10.00 mtrs. Staging height from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet, scour & over flow pipes as per details given below from ground level to tank including bends of required degrees,valves of required size conforming to relevant codes RCC Sprial 1.0 wide stair case including MS pipe railing as per IS specification, steel ladder 45 cms. wide of usual height as per site requirement , SFRC manhole cover ( medium duty) of 500mm dia with frame and locking arrangement ventilator at top dome with minimum opening of 90x90cms. water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc.The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven expose surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component requuired for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The offers shall also include detail structural drawing/ design calcualtions to be approved by the competent authority based on soil test report with raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also inclcude the cost of providing and fixing of Gms / MS pipes, and valves/ fittings complete including duck foot bends, puddle collars, expansion joints etc. connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other components required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Dia of piping arrangement :- Inlet pipe As required. Outlet pipe As required. Scour pipe = Not less than 100mm dia G.I. pipe.
Construction of RCC under ground storage tank following litres capacity with top dome , including excavation in all kinds soil strata in M-30 (Design Mix) not leaner than 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix concrete in foundtion, walls, bottom slab and providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand: 3 grded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) nominal mix & curing complete excluding the cot of form work and reinforement for reinforced concrete, smooth finishing in 1:3 in side the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff within all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow & scoure pipe with bye pass arrangement consistingof GI/MS pipes including all fittings and valves, sluice valves of required classes and dia and all other acessories required such as MS ladders SFRC man hole cover with frames (Medium duty) with locking arrangement , water level indicator, RCC chamber for all valves, Ventilating shafts shall also be provided. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness. All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code to the entire satisfction of Engineer-in-charge. The offer shall also include the detailed structural drawing/design to be approved by competent authority based on soil test report.

Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, Laying jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) of GMSERW pipes 99% butt welded and 1% flanged jointng including cost of bends of below mentioned diametre conforming to IS 3183-2007 of steel grade L-210 or A and wall thickness as specified, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure including fixing of required number of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998. complete in all respects to the entire satisfation of Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of pipes shall conform to IS 5822-1994 as well as CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydrauliic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfation of Enginner in Charge including entire carrirage of materials in all leads and lifts. ((Earth work in trenches , jointing i.e. flanged and butt welded will be measured and paid for separately.) The pipe shall be zinc coated on innter & outer face as per IS:4736-1986 with upto date ammendments.

Providing Circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical welding of following dia GMSERW/GI pipe, welded in requsite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.30mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) CITOJETE/ESAB make conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/machanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts with die penetrtion test to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
