Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for repairing/ replacement of CI & GI pipes including getting out excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches incl spreading and levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing the same where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified

Supply, laying & testing in repair ductile Iron socket & spigot pipe 150 mm dia bore shall confirm to IS-8329-2000 and 9523-2000. The pipe shall be laid in trenches ,jointed and tested all as per IS 12288-1987 with specials Class “K-9” . The fittings shall withstand hydrostatic pressure without showing any leakage,sweating or defects of any kind as laid down in IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Cutting, drilling, welding are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Taking out cast iron/DI/MS water mains 150 mm dia bore carefully (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints, including burning out joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - Charge.

Note : (i) All T&P required shall be supplied by the contarctor without extra cost to the department (ii) In case of replacement of pipe , it should be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ (iii) Required necessary safety measures during the work will be taken by contractor. if any case of mishappening due to negligency, contractor is wholy responsible for the same.

Development of tube well of depth 110 Mtr to 150 Mtr by means of heavy duty compressor 10 Kg/CM2 (Compressor to be arranged by contractor at his own cost including POL) by lowering suitable dia injector pipes with required size of air line to the required depth for development of well by compressed air till sand free clean water is obtained and testing the yield of borewell for continious running by means of V notch including removal of injector pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

First 24 hrs of development (continiously) complete all as specified and directed.

Subsequent development beyond 24 hours if required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pouring Pea gravels of size 2mm to 3mm around the liner assembly as per site requirement including continuous watering during development complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for breaking old foundation & repair to foundation of tube well of size 0.8x0.8x0.45 mtr with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including 10mm thick plastering the outer surfaces with CM 1:4, including 80mm dia medium grade GI Pipe embeded through out the block of 1.2 mtr length with GI plug on end complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out the submersible pump alongwith column pipes complete including disconnecting from the electric & outlet water connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lowering the existing submersible pump alongwith column pipes complete including making connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of stone masonary valve pit chamber of size 120cm x 120cm x 90 cm (internal dimension) including all necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters & depositing the same as directed including PCC in foundation of the mixture (1:4:8) D-2 stone masonary in cement mortor 1:4 rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally finished even and fair and pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar as of stone masonary including mild steel frame (made out of angle in 40x40x6mm) MS steel cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement with hinges angle iron flat as required at site including painting of all posed MS work with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the steel surfaces embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminuos paint and all other relevant work complete.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,51,470.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
